Absolutely the best!!! My refrigerator went out and they were able to come fix it the very same day. Customer service is outstanding and so grateful for the workers that took the time to fix my refrigerator.

Only call these guys!! Hands down the best in the basin very responsive, showed up on time explained the issues then ran his diagnostics and found a solution!! Saved me money not having to buy a new refrigerator! Older model Estate frig and he knew how to repair it!’

We called 10/4 because our dryer was making some awful noises, Juan was at our home by the next morning and took care of the issue with ease! He was so kind and personable, even offering us some advice on our refrigerator. The service came with a 3mo warranty, would absolutely use his services again! :)

I called to get an appointment to have my washer looked at on 9/3/2024. I was told the guy would be out around 1:30 or 2 that day, and that she would call me when he was heading my way. No call, so before 5 pm I called and had to leave a message, asking if he was coming out. I have yet to get a call back, my washer still isn't fixed, and this is 9/6/2024. I do not recommend this company.

My fabric softener dispenser was clogged up. The softener had built up down inside the agitator. My dryer was drying slowly. It was taking about two cycles to get a load dry. I went by M &M and spoke to a very nice lady. She said since her repair man would be in my neighborhood, he might be able to come work for me that afternoon. He called and came. He did a good job. He cleaned out the dryer vent and hose and inside the dryer works. There was lots of lint. He cleaned inside the agitator. He cleaned up after himself. My laundry room is small and he had to move some things around. I won't hesitate to use them again. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it was expensive. I'd do it again, but it was a lot. Almost $500. It's a really nice Speed Queen set, and I want to keep them properly maintained, so like I said, I'd pay it again--but it's quite a bit of cash.

Bought an out of the box fridge for a good deal that had a few problems, called these guys at 2pm on a Saturday and they were at my house by 430. Juan and Jesus got the job done!! Very professional and clean!! 10/10 would recommend

I paid them $400 or so to come out & swap my natural gas orifices to LP on my new THOR stove & they installed all of them wrong. I tried calling them. No answer. I ended up contacting THOR & thankfully they sent out Tommy to replace everything M&M screwed up. Do not take a risk with this company.

These guys are great! Originally came in for an issue with the dryer and fixed it plus some other things. They were very knowledgeable and very efficient. Will definitely make them my go to for all things home appliance related! Thank you guys very much, keep up the great work!

Absolutely fantastic, I had a dishwasher issue they came the next morning!Fixed our problem, then had a minor issue after and still came to fix it until the job is done.
