We lived in an apartment. Having packages delivered there put them at risk for theft. MacPac takes away that concern. We received great service here.

Really bad service. We send a package out and never was received. Latter on they told us they threw it away because they damage the box and they didn’t even reimburse for the shipping of the items sent . Really bad experience never using this service again
