I like the fact that the room's come with a pan and a pot. A dishwasher. Of course 2 burner's refrigerator and microwave 2 forks 2 spoons 1 little knife. I keep my room clean the fact that my husband works night's. Therefore he sleeps all day. The only issue I had was I had made a reservation before I came and the lady desk manager forgot to put in my reservation, therefore the employee had to check us in. He didn't explain how much a night was first of all. And employees should greet the guest at all time's!! The only greeting me and my husband got was from the 2 housekeepers we seen in the hallway..Other than that..it's peaceful and quiet . The manager Javier Ronquillo is really nice . He acknowledges his customers and loves Spiderman so if you ever wanna get him a gift that's wat he loves!!!! He fixed my rate completely right to where it should be. If you haven't stayed here you should give it a try!!! They also have snack etc downstairs in case you get a craving for something sweet or for TV dinners and they have breakfast (haven't tried breakfast)

I loved staying here the best hotel I've found in midland yet staff was chill and nice the cooks were great breakfast was on point other hotels if you wasn't there 5 min after breakfast you didn't get to eat. They provided games and the air conditioning was amazing the ONLY negative thing I have to say is the beds are HARD like uncomfortable hard didn't get the best sleep but I will be back anyways!!

Filthy place with bed bugs. I walked the manager to my room to be civil and show him and all I got was well this was cleaned yesterday and had no complaints and now they are here. He was incenuating I brought them , I let him know they thrive on filth and pointed out the filth all over the room . Wouldn't stay here again ever.

Told them to change my sheets and clean room they said they would but I came back in the room and it was the same
Same sheets same towels…… and so on..don’t know if his name is javi or Javier but this anit right if someone tells you it’s dirty then its dirty didn’t want to move me rooms after I showed them pictures now they want to move rooms it was too late I checked out and went to another hotel

Double queen room were spotless tho the shower faucet was close to breaking off causing shower pressure to be low but bearable. The checking area smelled of weed but luckily not the halls or rooms.

I sent a message through Expedia advising I had no intention of staying here due safety reasons. I was “checked” in without my knowledge or consent and charged an entire stay despite having canceled, saved documentation of same and the fact no such policy exists that would allow for them to charge this. I advised employee this is called theft and he said yes ma’am. The manager would not be in for another 30-45 minutes and he was told to check me in without my consent.

Food & drinks: The breakfast is abysmal. There were soggy eggs and bacon, inedible potatoes, or a myriad of processed trash. When I asked if there was water I was told, “ For a dollar a bottle.” So they don’t even offer WATER to drink. If I didn’t have a non refundable room I’d be finding another place to stay tonight.

Rooms: Not luxury. Does the job. No towels often occurs. Housekeeping has issues. This is my 5th time to stay here for a total of a little over 2 months. Hot breakfast

Bad service.Dirty.Loud.Falling apart.Not safe.Poorly managed.Mercedes at front desk does the best she can with what she has to work with.Keep driving... stay elsewhere...
