With an extremely tight timeline needed for maintenance and a DOT. Master truck and trailer came in clutch as always. I called Master truck and trailer and Cami answered. She was extremely polite and very knowledgeable about all the different nuisances pertaining to DOT regulations. Master truck and trailer will always be my Go To spot for maintenance and DOTs.

Got in line at 3pm for dot inspection and got kicked out a hour later for being to “late”, they could’ve told me this from the beginning.

Took a truck that needed shocks and pm. They got truck in shop quicker than expected got it out same day. Replaced wheel seal drums and brakes also. Did quality work and price was fair I thought I’d recommend them. They also welded on one of our lowboys and did a good job.

First time in Texas and this place gave us the best start to a bad situation! We went to them for a part we knew they wouldn’t have but since we were walking we really had no choice but to try, so although they couldn’t help with that they still helped us by offering us a ride to a local auto store .. when the auto store didn’t have it, we went to the next until we got what we needed .You can tell that these people here are genuine and honest. My experience proves this. Thank you so much.
