I had an amazing experience with Alexis, as an ex employee who has seen the service in the store from inside as an employee to bad service as a customer it’s so nice to see this store turn around. I LOVE Maurice’s it’s nice to be excited to go back!

Was nervous going in as I had never been and dpnt typically wear trendy clothes lol leggings and a T is good for me. But the service was Amazing and welcoming. Both ladies working helped me find just what i was needing....10/10 will be back.

I walked in she beginning walking towards me quickly. Introduced herself then ask me my name. First off COVID is real why approach me so quickly. I had no bag just keys and phones. Why ask mey name, I stated I only came to look even had an item I would have purchased in my hand, but your customer service is poor. She yelled out have a good day. Rude unprofessional, perhaps the color of my skin was a problem. I can't be sure but what I can be sure of is the disrespect.

Will not be told to wear a mask at a retail store.. I wonder how much work they would get done if they weren't policing masks all day? I will not be returning.

I'm not going to wear a mask. Not now not ever. The stores may have nice clothing, but I'm not wearing a face diaper to shop there.

Have shopped there a few times and after receiving several brochures over the mail decided to come and to open a credit card. One of my issues was that most of the clothes are made of synthetic material and poor quality. But the last straw was when I was asked if I had a mask, there is NO requirement of wearing mask in Texas, no single store or restaurant demands you wearing masks anymore. If you are worried of the safety then why the fitting rooms are open? I was let in the fitting room after someone else without it being cleaned or sanitized. Will not be back to the Maurices in Midland, TX and won’t recommend anyone.
