Very disappointed. I took my truck in to have just the spark plugs and possibly the coils replaced. I said “no diagnosis.” I said that multiple times. Several days later they had not only not changed my spark plugs or my coils but had instead done hours of diagnosis and crawled all over and under my vehicle telling me they recommended replacing my plugs, coils, oil gasket covers, some sensor, and a myriad of other things-all of which I had specifically said not to do. Then they expected to be paid for their diagnosis which you can check the camera and see I said nothing by of the sort. I will never take my truck here again and absolutely advise any of you thinking about auto service to never do business with these people. In Texas it would be a felony to drive off without paying them, but it’s also an express verbal contract that is verifying able on camera. They estimates 3 hours of labor at $159/hr for JUST the spark plugs. Interesting: with a $15 magnetic spark plug tool and a socket wrench, and an 8mm driver I had no trouble changing both in 41 min. And I’ve never changed spark plugs before. These guys scammed me and I want to call the manager and get my $159 aka $173.85 on Feb 6th, 2025 refunded. I do t work on vehicles and I had no trouble changing them myself. I’d imagine a professional could do this in 20 min still expect an hour of labor but 3 hours? I an amateur did this in 41 min! And I did it right with the boot grease and everything.

Jamie is amazing !! She was able to work me in for my oil change as well as advising me on promos regarding my tires! I will definitely be repeat customer having Midas handle all my future vehicle maintenance/ needs.
