I’ve been running around all day in midland (from San Angelo) trying to find a polo that fit for an upcoming golf trip. The girls in there were so sweet and found me one that fits and it’s cute!! Going back again for sure.

This is the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in my entire life, Kaylee was kind a patient and helped us find exactly what we needed (and we literally tried on 5 different pairs each) plus she helped at least 5 other guests and never missed a beat 100/10 recommend that you come here if you need help finding the right shoes , and if you are the owner of the store - keep her forever.

Kaylee was amazing. We did a foot scan and she explained everything what we were looking at. She brought out some good options for me and I loved the shoes that I left in. She wasn't pushy at all and she multi tasked really well with other customers as they came in. I love it here (:

I recently went visited the store and had a chance to work with the Vega family. I am very impressed with their business and how they treat their customers. Highly recommend them for new shoes. Excellent customer service. I didn't even expect to buy shoes but they were fitted so well I left wearing them! If you need walking, running, standing shoes go see them.

Best customer service! I love the quailty of the products, and can trust all the staff to lead me in the right diection when making my shoe choices. The return policy is excellent, and ensures satisfaction.

Bait & Switch……Check your purchase before you leave the store! They are putting used shoes in the boxes and refusing refunds!!!My wife tried on a pair of Birkenstock and told them she would like to purchased. The rep put a used pair that were scuffed up in the box. My wife came home to here surprised found these used ones in the box!She called the store immediately after noticing the used sandals. A rep communicated they would order another pair. After 2 months go by with no response. My wife visits the store explains the situation. The manager was defensive (as this must happen more often) and was communicating by raising her voice at my wife that they have a 2 week return policy and that they don’t order shoes they have sale that in inventory and that’s it.
