Normally I love this place but after today after waiting 30 minutes for my toenails to dry just to find out something was wrong with the polish them redoing my toenails just to have to wait another 10-20 minutes. If I wanted to be here that long I would’ve gotten my nails done too! But all of that time wasted for just regular nail polish was and is insane!! Mind you no one offered me anything to drink and made me pay while I was waiting for my nails to be dried saw 3 ladies not having to pay until they were completely done but ok!! Never going here again!

I went in for almond nails. Thankfully, Jade exuded confidence when she told me she could accommodate my request. (I've actually been told "no" in other salons in Midland much to my dismay) I love the way my nails turned out--from the shape to the color--they were perfect! Jade really took care of me and was so sweet.

I absolutely love this place to get my pedi's. I don't really get my mani's here because I already have someone to do that, but this place takes care of my feet. They have different packages to choose from and a variety of colors. The ladies and gents do an amazing job on taking care of my Betty Rubble feet. LoL Their stuff is clean here, and you don't have to worry about getting so kind of funk here. ?

The nail lady did a lovely job on my nails but left tons of acrylic under my nails they weren’t painted on the sides and she didn’t ask me about the length she just cut them. This nail lady was named Q, later at the check out she charged me and my mom for glitter and lengeth, which came to a total of 269, then Q lied about the original price she gave me and my mom then they lowered the price barely and told us to never come back.

My pedicure was subpar. My cuticles were not trimmed. My nail polish is horrendous, it’s bubbled and the nail polish is not even so you can see my nail/

I come here specifically for pedicures from my guy Pork Chop! He’s always remembered me from the first time I came and he’s always taken his time every time I’ve come for a pedicure, especially on the massage. I’ll literally wait for him anyway.

I have been going to Midland Nail Lounge for several years and until recently I was always happy with the services I received. However, the last couple of times have not been great and today was the last straw for me. The last time I went in, I got a pedicure and the lady was visibly in a bad mood and in a BIG hurry. My pedicure was just so-so and I left there bleeding because she didn't take her time and cut me with the cuticle removers. I went by today and even though it was early, the door was open and sign was on so I went inside. There was one guy was doing a manicure and he was SO rude. I was explaining what I wanted and all he did was bark at me and then told me to sit down. I believe his name was Danny. I got on my phone and started looking up other nail salons. Fortunately, a very nice woman came and got me and did a great job on my nails. I wish I had gotten her name. All that being said and considering there is practically a nail salon on every corner of this town I will begin looking for a new business to go to.
