Not open Saturdays, always has my grocery store purchases as fraud alerts, rejects it the first 2 times. Called and they said they can’t do anything about it.

After being charged over $340 dollars in the course of 2 days I called and explained my frustration to the bankers, Naomi told me the fees would be taken care of, a month later I called the loan officer & overdraft manager, was told it had to be handled by Naomi. Well now 3 months later & these b**ches are called me about my loan I haven’t payed since they are extorting me in overdraft fees, now they want to threaten me with a voicemail & court, hey idiots I don’t have to pay you anything, you work for me & I can just get it taken off my credit & eint effect my business credit so enjoy your slandering going to the news & putting you corrupt **cks on blast
