I visited the store on Midkiff and Andrews Hwy in Midland TX yesterday morning a little before 8 am. I grabbed my purchase of Red Bull and when I got to the counter whoever the cashier was did not ask if I was a rewards member and assumed I was done with everything I was getting and tried to give me a total. I had to tell her I was a rewards member and then proceed with my had and cigarettes request. She got visibly upset with me because she got ahead of herself and when everything was rung up, I stood there waiting for the prompt to put in my number and make my points selection on my gas. She got snotty with me and told me to put in my number. I told her I was never given the prompts to do so(and it's because she got ahead of herself in not doing her job is why that happened) So she had to take everything off the ticket and rering it. Therefore now causing a line behind me. She puts my stuff in a bag but doesn't bag it correct, leaving stuff where it could fall out. Leaving me to fix it. I was absolutely mortified being treated this way. I spend a lot of time and money in this location and the Odessa TX191/Faudree location. Just because of these benefits. She needs to be retrained or moved. Yes, I have my receipt. I need someone to contact me.

The gas is watered dowm i just went to get gas a few minutes ago and my car died in the middle of the road after filled my tank up there
My boss filled up his van there today too and it too did the same thing ill be lookong into what i can do about this legally because i almost caused a wreck

Got a insanely moldy burrito from them. I microwaved it there but got too hot. Didn't notice how horrible it was until I was at work. Called to let them know. I went in again that same day for gas. I went in to check, the burritos are still there, I told the register girl again but I doubt they did anything. Warning, do not buy them.

I've been here a few times because it's convenient for me but I do try my best to avoid it. Usually the times I've been in there it's pretty quick and no issues but I've been caught in there before with these long lines like the other comments with a few employees sitting around and 1 register open. Everyone looking at each other like what's going on.
