If i could leave 0 star i would. My community took up my car loan . And they NEVER NEVER wanted to worrk with me . I never intended my payments yo be 850 a month . But once they were they did NOT qant to work with me . Even tho i asked . I cluld pay half at beging and half at end of month .but it wasnt good enough they stilll charged me in negative fees so really i was just paying negative fees at one moment. And i qas talking to them to assure i would get back on track . I had just founs out i was pregnant and looking for. New job . I payed them 375 but it was not enough for them And as i was talking to then that day paid a amount and was assuring them i would pay the rest on firday . They came the night of my daughters 4th birthday and they took .y vehicle. And now they are truing to sue me because i stoll do t have the money to pay back the car i no lomger have an left stranded for months . With having a new born . So my community used to really have heart felt and help you work. Get yiur stuff and do go for you but i DO NO Recommend them . And EVER associate was alwasy so MEAN . didn't really care .

i would definitely not recommend this bank, they charge you a courtesy fee of 32 dollars for any little amount you go over it can be a few cents that'll cost you 32 dollars and leave you even more in the negatives, they also suck at getting you money back when there's a transaction that wasn't you, and most times their atms are shut down , or out of order, and unlike other banks you're not able to pull out the exact amount of money you need bc they only offer 20 dollar bills.

Save yourself the headache and bank somewhere else.This place is nothing but trouble. It use to be a decent bank but that's was 10 years ago.

The customer experience is horrible. Website account management is a joke. App is pointless, cant set up automatic payments unless you bank with them which i would NEVER do. They make it impossible to pay towards principle and charge whatever percentage of interest a month they feel like at the time. I wish i never refinanced with this company. They are such a terrible credit union they had to turn off the ability to let anyone leave a review on google any more. They even got people to spam fake 5 star reviews. This whole company should be shut down. If i could move my loan somewhere else i would do it immediately.

Will be closing my account here as soon as possible. The fraud detection has always been overzealous, but this past time not being able to by groceries after the initial alert came thru and me approving it saying it was me. Tried again and denied. Called the number to see what the issue was. They said my card was locked and i could do any other tranaction, but because i tried 3 times for the groceries only the customer care center can help. And they just happen to be closed on Weekends.

The bank employees are helpful. Unfortunately, the credit union has outsourced their fraud dept. for debit cards to a 3rd world company and it takes a long time to get anything done quickly.

I'd give 0 stars but you're forced to leave a star. This place commits fraud & extortion. They messed up ALL of the paperwork then tried to force me to pay $3000 on a vehicle I had been paying on for 6 months and because I refused they repoed my vehicle within 6 hours. They now own a $45,000 car that's worth $20,000. I got an attorney involved & they'll be paying me back ALL my payments & they will be stuck with a vehicle all because they refuse to do their job properly and they extort money from customers. NEVER EVER FINANCE ANYTHING THROUGH THEM DEFINITELY DON'T USE THEM TO GET A BANK ACCOUNT WITH! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS

Tried to open an account. After 3 people saying they'd be with me "in a few" after 25 minutes, someone finally did. I didn't have enough paperwork with me. Huh? Whatta waste of 1/2 hour of my life! Surely some other banks are more organized! I mean really!
