Wee Care has been amazing for my daughter. The staff is super kind and patient, and you can tell they really care about the kids. My daughter runs in every morning with a smile, which gives me so much peace of mind.
They keep everything clean, organized, and safe. I love that they send updates and pictures throughout the day. She’s learning her numbers, letters, and even some sign language!
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a daycare that feels like family.

Avoid this daycare at all costs. As a former employee and parent who sent their kids to this daycare, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere for childcare. The entire staff lacks professionalism; they sit around gossiping about the parents, which is unacceptable and inappropriate.

It's taken a few issues for me to write this review to warn other parents with infants. I would highly recommend reviewing the policy book. The administration team is very ridged, rude and unsympathetic to not only the parents, but how their actions directly impact the babies. Example; My child was rejected because we showed up at 10am after a doctor's appointment. The center wouldn't allow her to attend class because I didn't physically show up prior to appt to sign her in. I explained I had no idea about this policy and could they just let us have this one chance since we've been with them less than a month. The admin was so mean to me I left crying and now have to take my 5 month old baby to work with me. The infant classroom is also not ideal being an open concept, my baby has a very hard time napping, and after almost a month she still has issues. (no sleep sacks allowed). I understand needing to get the older kids to school on time because they're learning valuable info. But an infant?! Are you kidding me?! And then telling the receptionist behind my back to notate my account about the issue was completely unnecessary. I'm paying you $900/month to watch my baby and you won't accept her after 9:30am with or without a doctor's note? What am I paying you for?
I was so excited to get my infant accepted to Wee Care and now I'm left feeling really upset like I misplaced trust.

My daughter Koda attended school here while we were stationed in Midland !! Even though it was only for a brief time I must say this school from the administration , teachers , cafeteria staff , etc where ✨Top Tier✨ !! I miss having my daughter attend school here , I haven’t found anything like it while being back here in Houston !! We 💜 #1 Wee Care and if ever we moved back they would be our first choice !! If you’re looking for a great environment for your children , look no further..they will excel here !!

Worst daycare when it comes to kids with disabilities, they are judge mental and very hurtful judging parents with kids with autism, dyslexia, any disability in general. Not inclusive I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS DAYCARE at all! People like this should not work in the best interest of children much less for parents

BEWARE. Everyone thinks this daycare is the best in Midland, and I’ll admit it’s not the worst but there are certain things you have to put up with. First of all, the parking lot…there aren’t enough words for me to express how much I loathe the parking lot. Sometimes it would take 10-15 mins just to get into the parking lot and then you’d better hope there was an open space or you have to exit and start over since it was a one way. I would just park at the church next door and walk over. I saw parents arguing over parking spots on multiple occasions. Not a huge deal but definitely the biggest inconvenience of the day. Second, the front staff. A bunch of RUDE women who never communicate with each other and don’t know what’s going on. They give you nothing but attitude when you try to talk to them or ask them anything. But what made me write this review is what happened today. I moved to San Angelo in May of 2017 and when I let the front office know we were moving they told me I had to give a 2 week notice and pay those 2 weeks ($135 per week) or I wouldn’t receive a tax form in January. I wasn’t happy about it but I wrote 2 checks paying those 2 weeks (she attended one week since I was paying for it anyway but not the second week as we had already moved). So January rolls around and I call to see if they can mail me the tax form and they tell me no because I have a balance of $270 because I didn’t give a 2 week notice. I explained what happened and the lady tells me since I didn’t give a WRITTEN notice they wouldn’t be sending me the tax form until the $270 was paid. They even said they remembered me giving the notice and paying for the 2 weeks (one of which she didn’t even attend!) but still refuse to send the tax form since there was no written notice. I asked why I wasn’t told it had to be a written notice and the lady replied “We don’t tell you it needs to be written because you should read the policy.” THEIVES these people are. Be careful when dealing with them. I NEVER missed the weekly payment due every Monday nor was I ever late, not one time, and they treat me like this. Inexcusable.

We have absolutely loved our experience here so far. Very difficult to get into but for good reason. In the newborn room the teachers remove their shoes to keep the floors clean for crawling babies. Something really small but it’s the only place I’ve toured where they did that and I was very impressed. Our son is 17 months now and within a few of weeks he actually gets excited being dropped off in the morning. They even have a folder where we can pickup drawings and art projects they work on. His teachers are friendly and we’re so grateful to have him going here.

My daughter attended Wee Care for a little over a year, the only thing I regretted was not placing her there sooner. We love Wee Care and we miss all of the great staff. Miss Helen was always busy helping with kids where ever she was needed, I had never seen that at a daycare where the director was so involved. My daughter learned so much while at Wee Care. She learned how to write her name, the alphabet, the pledge of allegiance and she even learned to pray before each meal. I highly recommend Wee Care.

Wee Care was my number one choice for our son. It took almost a year waiting for an open spot. Now that our son is enrolled, it is everything we heard it was and we love it. His teachers are so sweet to him and I can tell that he loves to go because he gets excited when we show up. I love that they start teaching at a young age (he is 19 months). I have showed up in the middle of the day and they are reading to the kids or singing songs. It isn't a complete madhouse either. There aren't kids screaming and crying and for the most part, it is a calm atmosphere. Not chaotic like other places we have experienced. There is a reason this daycare is hard to get into and that is because it IS the best in town.
