TAKE TOO LONG TO ATTEND CUSTOMERS ON THE PRINTING SECTION. I’VE STANDING FOR 30 MINUTES JUST TRYING TO PRINT MINI FLYERS. THERE WERE 3 WORKERS NONE OF THEM REACHED OUT TO ME. THEY ALL SAW ME AND WALKED AWAY. AWFUL EXPERIENCE, WILL NOT BE COMING BACK 👎🏼.

Brought four items in to be laminated. Was specific on what i wanted. Needed the items cutout before lamination. They only cut three items and not the fourth. This causes the lamination to not be any good when it is cutout afterwords. Frustrating.

An older gentleman went it asking for help to make copies & the youngster employee working told him to follow the instructions & when the older gentleman ask him for help the employee told him you didn't even try. Like really

Very bad customer service. Please close the store at 7 pm not at 6:55 pm. In 5 minutes I could have printed my paper and been out the store in 4 minutes.

Bad service at the Fedex department, no personal and I ask a lady for help and she only respond that I have to wait for the employee in charge of that section, he/she was in the restroom, I wasted 30 mins so she then decided to come help to tell me I can’t send the package because it should be in a box, so she could of told me that when I ask her for help.

Needed to print out some photos and kept buggering up the self printers, Nikole (Absolutley amazing!!!) Came over and helped print the right size and helped immediately, and was super kind to my wife and I.

This store is so bad I can't even begin. I truly wish Midland had better options. You've got 2 to 3 people working a station but not wanting a customer. They can't show you where something is... but they point real well.

Well not using these guys again. So point of reference I'm new to building computers. I came in the other day looking for windows 11 os. I ask someone for help and they pint me to Microsoft 365 and say yah that's it. Well long story short and I buy the correct thing from Bestbuy the next day. I go to the same store to return the incorrect item only to find out its a final sale item and no return possible. Even when their store associate told me that's the one I needed. won't be coming back anytime soon for computer or anything really.

Horrible customer service.
You know how when you walk in to Best Buy and there’s someone at the door? Or when you walk around and someone asks you if you need help or something? How there’s someone always near by? Okay, well complete opposite at Office Depot. It seem like they just don’t care. Everyone was gathered just talking messing around. When I did ask for help they made me look up online if the item was in stock ? I mean I get it but they have the computer right there.
It was just one of those encounters that makes you wanna write a review
