Do not buy gift cards from this place! I was charged $600 (plus an activation fee) for 2 x $200 gift cards - that were never activated! 1st transaction - both cards were rung up ($400. Plus activation fee), cashier said she accidentally charged 1 card twice and did a refund. She rung up the card again ($200 plus activation fee), and register said it didn’t process but it took money from my account. 2 amounts were refunded, but now I can’t seem to get a refund for the 3rd charge. It’s been a week!

Helen was extremely helpful. Listened to exactly what we needed and searched to find the best item and price range for us. Made this experience very stress-free and easy. This is the only place I go to for computers!

Lily at the print counter was able to help me meet all of my needs. She made it so I did not have to return to the UPS store and make two purchases. I was able to save eight dollars by not going to the UPS store and I was able to save $2.30 at the Office Depot store. What an amazing staff member you have.

Yep. Still worthless and a complete waste of time.. To busy talking to go get overstock out of the back so I can purchase it. 27 in stock in the midland TX store but they say it's a warehouse and that's not the way their website works. Sure, yeah okay. Heaven forbid you should provide customer service to paying customers... Just shut this worthless location down already!

Checked out with Olivia at the front register aug 11 @ 12:21pm bad customer service when she asked for my rewards phone number I told her I did not remember and if I can pull up it up with my email instead she said there was no way….we stood there at the register guessing for which phone number none applied and time was just being wasted and the line was just getting bigger behind us, I was just at the lamination check out previously and other associate was able to look up my rewards instantly with my email no wait on their end but Olivia made it impossible manager had to come way later and teach her how… Olivia was unapologetic and I was nice enough to say thank you at the end of the transaction and she did not care to reply. Customer service needs a lot of improvement.

Went to Best Buy and no one wanted to help me so I searched someone out. He was rude and not helpful so I went to Office Depot. Ayden helped me and went above and beyond to find the item I was looking for! I will choose Office Depot for any future needs

Lily Barnes in print services was amazing. My stuff turned out great. I'm extremely satisfied. They did better than Walmart with my stuff. I highly recommend them. Thank y'all so much.

Worst experience with their copy services. I had a SAME DAY order placed. 1. It was not ready until the next day and 2. It looked like a 1st grader cut it with safety scissors. When I let them know I was not satisfied with the product, the supervisor came out without even me asking and let me know "we are understaffed, you got extra labor on this because I had to cut them by hand" excuse me? Do they not have slicers that will just, you know, SLICE! Terrible attitude from that department supervisor.

Print services are supposed to be same day if ordered by 2pm I ordered before 10am won't be ready for pickup over 24hours later at 5pm the next day. However thus is my 3rd time reordering this as Odessa couldn't laminate or refund for lamination and had to have the whole order resubmitted then couldn't do it same day and told me to go to midland which is just as incompetent

They have been threatening to send out new cards for months now. Tried to use 2 different office depot cards for our companies and they were declined. I was told the old cards would still be good for online purchases just not in store..... and no idea when the new cards will be sent out. Tried to use them for an online purchase, declined again and they cannot tell me why. Shows to have a 3500.00 credit available! Not too good for business when you have companies that purchase every month!
