Manager on the afternoon is a complete joke. No clue what her name even is. Came in for a part gave me the wrong part came back she didn’t want to warranty. Need to train their employees how to serve customers.

I stopped by to get a new blinker light, not only did they check which one I needed, but they saw that there was an issue and they helped fix it. They even installed the new lightbulb! Thank you Josue!!!

They lost my screws, they left the cover hanging out and a rag belonging to them inside the engine and the boss and manager threatened me that it was my word against theirs even with evidence, very poor work!

Worst service ever the girl at the counter that had these little yellow stars all over her face was rude I tried to exchange something that I bought and paid cash for and they tell me that they don't have any cash in their register except $50 this is unacceptable we live in America Cash is golden I bought and paid for it in cash and now I can't get my cash back

Excellent service. O'Reilly's is the last place I have to consider my first stop. VERY important to me❕ Ordered a needed part, arrived quickly. Came defective or with problem (it's a Jeep thing). But due to great staff I left with options. Joseph A expedited my return so I was without issue. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to communicate with.
