No way to put ZERO stars!!! This towing company has actually came twice to repo the same vehicle and twice has caused property damage, since nobody has the time or actually wants to put a real review here is mine. I hope they are all rich and don't ever fall on hard times and this happens to them. Because what they did and the actual owner showing up laughing at the situation isn't right. I wouldn't use them if they where the last towing company left and come clean up your mess that your stupid driver left on my property. Had to clear a football field for him to be able to leave and that gun that you have doesn't scare me because not once did I do anything besides yelling at him because I was upset. I will take this to court and y'all won't do this to someone else. Now this is a real review and I'm not scared of what the repercussions will be. I hope everyone reads this and that you don't receive anymore business and your licenses get revoked. Owner respond on how your gonna come fix the damage that your driver did and quit laughing at someone's misfortune because your not perfect, nobody is.

Its unfortunate that the pandemic has affected so many financially & so many are struggling to get back to a normal & comfortable life, but our kids don't have be the ones to suffer because of grown up problems. My vehicle was towed away this past week, & because everyone of us will be treated like a criminal that's done something wrong, they have to be sneaky. When I would of handed the keys over in a heartbeat just not to have to explain to my son about the circumstance later. Vintage football cards that belonged to my son that had just been purchased disappeared the night it was towed away. When I phoned the owner of Outlaw Wrecker, he denied everything & said he wasn't going to be called a thief. Well when everything is done in darkness, of course there isn't anyone to see what is done wrong. But if you or your employees that kept these vintage trading cards from my son getting them back the next day of picking up our personal property can sleep at night, just remember God doesn't like ugly! & just because some of us are dealing with life a little harder than us. We aren't aren't perfect, we aren't criminals, just everyday people trying to get through this thing called life! But won't forget what's been done....

I have a business in Alabama and needed a vehicle repossessed from Texas so I called Outlaw Wrecker and Recovery about this and they said no problem. Within 2 days they had my vehicle in their possession with no problems at all. I am very pleased with this company. Carlos and his crew have been very helpful throughout the entire process.
