Absolutely worst customer service! Fitting rooms were closed due to being short staffed but when I went back there were 4 employees and the fitting rooms were still closed! Definitely a store with poor management! Do better! Customers are the reason you have a job to go to!

One of the employees smells like marijuana, eyes are bloodshot red and fitting rooms somehow always “have a leak” on weekdays ONLY. You’re lucky if the fitting rooms are open in weekdays.

This is probably one of my favorite stores to shop at! However, every time I have gone in the last few months, the dressing rooms have been closed. It’s so frustrating. This store has lost a lot of retail revenue from this small mishap. I literally just walk to Dillards and spend my money there.

Manager w purple hair was mad rude, started to yell at me for trying to return an item I had the receipt for, said she could only give me $27 for a $60 pair of pants
