I had such a great experience here! Gordon, the owner, was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers, but Gordon really does. If you need mailing or shipping services, this is the place to go. I highly recommend them!

I have been using Pak Mail of Midland since 2012. It was great to be able to check my mail anytime, once my company started transferring to different parts of the nation I found keeping Pak Mail of Midland was convenient since I was never in one place long enough to forward my mail. Pak Mail would email or text me asking ready for mail find out where I was located and ship my mail to me when my mail box got full. Plus my mail was always safe didn’t have to worry about someone breaking into my mail where I was living like I hear about those story of porch pirates stealing peoples mail. I recommend Pak Mail for PO Box, shipping I once went into the business and he was shipping huge items getting them ready to be shipped out.

I walked in trying to return a package via Fedex, without even offering to help the lady behind the counter tersely stated, “I’m not FedEx.”
Ma’am, I understand you’re not FedEx, but having FedEx signage on your establishment might give a person the impression that you are able to accommodate the FedEx package that is in my hand. So pardon me if I made a mistake. I am quite certain however, that you are incapable of being personable and friendly in your business.
If I could give less than a single star on a review, you bet your britches I will never recommend you or your business to anyone.

I work with Arrow emblems and needed more information on a DHL package somehow this address came up. Was wondering how DHL "forwards to third parties".I thought maybe Pak Mail was the third party since no other info on DHL tracking. I know I should've called DHL.. any HOOT. i called PAK Mail and Megan answered and she was more than helpful! thank you so much Megan! You're a Gem!

I sent some very important documents for an interview at an embassy and I paid for it to arrive on a specific day and it didn't arrive for this very important appointment. When you call they tell you that it was sent to I don't know what place and that they don't guarantee the date but that doesn't bother you. They say it when you are paying for the service, that is, if your intention is for the shipment to arrive on time and be safe, then do not send it with them.
