Replaced back window on SUV but did not remove all the pieces of broken glass that fell into door after I specifically asked them too. Went for pick up and back hatch sounds like a tin can full of marbles. They care about quantity vs quality plus the office staff is horrible at customer service. I’d rather take my car to Lubbock or even better, out of state for repairs.

Edited: Jeremy with Pat Grey took good care of my issue and made it right. All of the broken glass was removed from the door and the repair looks great. I did increase from 1 star to 3 stars because of this. However I shouldn’t have even had to ask to begin with.

Worst customer service ever. We filed a claim back in June, called these guys of when to bring in our vehicle. They scheduled for us to bring in our vehicle August 19th….and it took them exactly a month to send the estimate to the insurance all for them to declare it a total loss. Wasted everyone’s time. Don’t bother taking your vehicle here.

Although I had a 2-3 month wait to get my car in, I was able to have my car back in 2 days for hail damage repair! :)

Pat Gray Collision Center is a good established repair center. The management is top notch and notifies customer with updates. My car looks & runs great. I can recommend this repair shop without reservations of any kind.

I have taken my car twice for body repairs and each time they have done a pronominal job. The staff and technicians are incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and were prompt in getting back my Buick. Jason, the technician over my car, was fantastic. Everything was handled with my insurance company with no troubles at all also! My girl looks beautiful and brand spanking new!!! Thank you PGC team! They had my vehicle for almost 6 months just to get it back still not ready! My vehicle has 23k miles and my AC doesn't work now and my front seat is broken but apparently that has nothing to do with the wreck. Instead of talking and trying to resolve the issue im told its on me and theres nothing i can do… so now im left with a Christmas tree on my dash, a broken front seat, no AC from a wreck that wasn't even my fault. Ive always heard they were the best but now i know they are the worst.

I called Volkswagen to see who they recommended to do bodywork on my beetle. They recommended Pat Gray collision in Midland. I was able to make an appointment online and they called me quickly to get more information.
When I went there, I was amazed at how much land they had. I wasn’t scared my car was going to get hit in the parking lot and get more damage.
They have been organized and have procedures in place to protect my car while it’s there and I felt like I am leaving my car in good hands….unlike any body shop I visited in Odessa.
