I wish there was a way to give zero stars, we brought our Great Pyrenees to get a trim, groom and bath and they cut a quarter of her body and quit, saying her fur was to thick for their clippers. Before we picked her up the manager stated that she had a little bold shot on her back. I wouldn’t said that it was a little bold spot, the spot almost cover her entire back.Then she suggested us to take her to the vet to finish the job of shaving her completely. What is really mind puzzling is that we asked for a trim not a shave. So to see her fur cut all the way to the skin was also heart breaking to see. There was no attempt to brushing her, they just jump start to buzz cutting her. I’ve been to this Pet Smart before with my other two dogs and had a Great experience, but I would definitely not go back or recommend anyone else too. It is definitely worth paying to go to a professional groomer like Alpha dog or Woof Gang Bakery. Pet Smart shouldn’t advertise themselves as a groomer. If all they’re gonna do is buzz cut every dog that comes in.

Kim has the worst attitude. We got a gecko which we’ve never had before….crystal had to help us because Kim acted as if we were bothering her. I brushed it off thinking maybe she was having a bad day however, we come get crickets weekly and she has a stank attitude every-time as if we are bothering her. The manager that works alongside her also has this same attitude. The petsmart in Odessa is a lot more welcoming and willing to help.

I was only customer in the store looking to purchase fish. I asked for help and was told by cashier sitting on her butt look at her phone, said they weren't selling fish today because they were short handed. If the store had been busy I would understand but being that she was able to sit at the register on her phone versus going to get a couple for me is not acceptable and very poor service.

Been 4 Sundays in a row drive 40 miles there. Once it was down for ich next time all water was out of tanks. Next time fish person wasn't there they weren't selling any next time. Told have to way they are to busy. And nothing was going on. So next time I call to verify every time they just hang up the phone. So know i drive to Petco much better

I wanted to get some fish, and the staff told me to come back two hours later. I asked her why, and she said they had a lot to do now. I suppose this is not the way or the attitude you serve your customers. In fact, I am not from the neighborhood, so you were simply saying, “Go home. We don’t want your business.” Either the staff need to be trained or the company needs to reflect on their style and culture.
