Can't get gas here or at any pilot/flying J any more because their pumps ask for a zip code on company gas cards that don't have a zip code for us to put in or are issued by a corprate office somewhere else.
Bad decisions. Lost a whole fleet of customers.

Wonderful truck stop. Friendly staff, Brandi with an I was awesome. Hooked me up with condiments and plastic wares for my food. Plenty of mustard for the Pilot Dog. Thank you for a pleasant experience Brandi with an I.

A friend and I came into the flying J last night and as we came in an employee was ranting on about having to do his job I’m not sure really what his problem was! We walked to the back to play on the slot machines and before to long he came in there yelling at us from the top of his lungs trying to kick us out so he could clean! Well we had just got 66 bonus spins when right before he walked in and couldn’t cash out we tried to explain to him and also that we were not in the way to begin with! Visibly irritated the employee left the sitting area shortly after a manager came in and also asked us to leave and totally blew us off and our complaints then as we came out the employee was talking about us to other employees and pointing us out and making to e look over at us! It was uncomfortable worst experience we’ve had in one of your stores

Only reason it’s four stars is because I had to wait an hour and a half for a shower. “Astrid” helped me when I had a technical glitch on on the app and got me my shower after it cleared off. Wonderful human being after a long hard day. I would highly recommend this place for customer service.

This joint is a 3rd world dive. Wait 1.5 for a cold shower 11 people in line. I’d never recommend this place to anyone. It’s actually -10 on the review from me. Never again. Thanks Flying J….

It is refreshing to see that you truly have an all star team. The staff here is really genuine & should really be commended. I mean it seems to me that you have a deep bench of fascinating players. Everyone is always smiling & laughing, which makes for a very spirited atmosphere. The mgmt is also very engaging & approachable. I see such a variety of characters among your leadership team, but one thing they all have in common is that they are all very good at making you feel welcome. I feel as though I can approach anyone of them at anytime & I would get a admirable response. This is a well oiled machine. Please keep up the great work.

I'm at this location a few times a week, This morning was my first time taking a shower...This is a very clean store.
Staff very,very nice food always hot and good. This should be a training store. Because a few Flying J. Or Pilots that need help not well maintained like this one store # 1033
