I called and ordered propane early in the morning and they came about an hour later and filled my tank !! The delivery man was very nice and professional.

Bad Personnel! I called 20 minutes before heading over to make sure they were filling propane and there would be no problems coming from greenwood and the lady that answered the phone asked me “for what location”! I told her Midland and she told me that she’s at the Midland location. When I arrive to get propane they told me they weren’t excepting cards cash only. People in this town don’t care horrible service all over Midland you go to other cities with more competition and they treat you good. Because there’s only one garbage hole company in town they treat you like you don’t matter. Come on Midlanders get it together! Treat people good!

Can't get through to anyone on the phone. Wont answer emails. Been trying for a month to get propane service set up. Went out there once to get a tank filled and they act like your bothering them when you ask for propane. I don't know how they are even in business.

Contractors if you are thinking about getting propane tanks refilled just drive on by and head a little further to Tractor Supply, or anywhere else in Midland/Odessa. The guy at the counter was more involved in his phone than helping a customer. I'd say he should be reading these reviews, but he doesn't care--pretty plain to see.I believe that if this location was the only place to find propane between here and Houston I'd drive across the state for good help.

One of the worst companies I’ve ever had the displeasure dealing with. I would give them a negative rating if I could. The Specialist” are rude, wait times are absurd, they don’t call back when you ask them to. I was on hold for over an hour. Absolutely horrible company. Find literally anyone else for your propane needs.

Went here to get some tanks filled, couldn't go inside due to covid, gave a gentleman my card to run. Next day I had my card ran for almost 500 at a another store. Only place I had used my card while in town was here. Bank caught it luckily. Be careful

OFFICIALLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RUN INTO IN QUITE SOME TIME. I MIGHT HAVE HAD A STRANGE REQUEST BUT YOU DON'T MAKE A CUSTOMER FEEL STUPID ABOUT THEIR REQUEST AND THEN NOT OFFER OR SUGGEST THE PROPER WAY TO GO ABOUT IT.

Don’t understand. Website says that “now” do home delivery. I called and was told they do not lease, only sell them, plus NO home delivery! Please change your website!
