“The lady working there was very kind. I wanted to print 20 utility bills. The lady printed them for me quickly. When I didnt have the right change to pay, she didnt take ANY money from me. I got it done for FREE.Thank you so much, the lady wearing the black shirt”
“The UPS team at the Midland store went above and beyond on a copy job I had. 4 separate foreign language cook books, 150 pages each printed two sided with color!
Best part is the spiral binding they put on each one.
I strongly recommend this team for any print job you might have coming up!!”
“Really nice people. I just opened a box there after having an awful experience with USPS. The owner and the woman at the front seem great. They know a lot of their returning customers by name. Great service so far.”
“At the top of his craft Smith Signs provides a creative approach to all projects and treats customers with respect. With quality being the #1 goal you won’t be disappointed trusting this shop with all your graphic and sign needs!”
“This location has very helpful workers. With a good upbeat atmosphere and one of my best interests. Thanks you all help the world go around. Nicely done from a secret shopper. 10 stars.”

“Mary did a phenomenal job! She helped me with all of my mailing questions and took the time to explain the different mailing services and options available. Even during rush hour, she was incredibly patient, attentive, and helpful. I will definitely continue using FedEx because of the kindness and excellent customer service I received at this location. “This place is more than a supply store and is not a big box operation. I like it because there is an on-line service but I like to go in and look over the products before buying. In the side room are a collection of things you just didn't know you needed. I like to work my way through all the shipping envelopes and I can buy just a couple instead of a box. In the past they did some quality printing for me and still have a regular clientele it seems. I have never used some of the map making services but I believe they can copy larger maps. One odd job that I appreciated was scanning several documents and then putting the original in some sort of heat sealed pages to preserve them. Local, friendly and reasonable pricing- I appreciate them.”
