This bank is a joke. They can’t do anything. This has been an accumulation of instances but this one really takes the cake. They couldn’t cash a cashiers check with out putting it on a hold. It’s a cashiers check! Don’t waste your time with this small town minded credit union.

Contacted this branch on Wall Street wanting some information on a IRA account was put on hold the first time for over 10 minutes and then got hung up on call back a second time and got put on hold again After 10 more minutes nobody answered I gave up

I didn't want to be ugly and give these people a bad review because I thought that maybe my issue was just an isolated case but after reading the other reviews I decided to let people know how lazy and how little concern they have for the customers. They take forever to answer the phone and even after you leave a message no one ever calls you back.

Terrible. They shut off my debit card without any warning all because it wasn't a chip card. My card did not expire until 2018. No notice. They claim they mailed the notice, but lets face it.. Midland USPS is not the greatest and I have online banking, I'm almost positive we don't even get bank statements anymore. We will be switching to Chase. Oh and all the customer service reps will tell you different things. My husband called 10 minutes after and they told him a completely different story.
