Branch 231 on Wadley in Midland is the best. The employees have never failed to greet me the minute I step through the door. Even though they may be servicing someone, they always Acknowledge the customer entering their establishment. The employees take the time to tend to me as if I'm their only customer (which at the time of service, it is only me). The bank manager (Tracy Hillman) is very polite, attentive, and cordial. The gentleman teller (shame on me for not knowing his name) is a Lifesaver.
It is refreshing to see employees happy and who love their job enough to spread the happiness. Thanks for being there for Grace Presbyterian
My prior Branch on N Big Spring is unwelcoming. No greeting. No hello, No acknowledgement. The tellers have fixed, fake smiles. Never a Thank you or have a nice day.

The drive through tellers on Saturdays are so rude. If you get in line before the closing time they will not take your deposits. And they even take the tubes before closing time. Bad costumer service. Go to a different branch!!

Worst bank to work for! Upper management is horrible and can’t ever get to the bottom of things. Im referring to prosperity bank in general. Run do business elsewhere.

Prosperity bank on Wadley in midland Tx is probably the slowest bank .... every time I go into the lobby it takes them over 30 minutes to make a deposit or a cashier check with no line I've never expected this until I moved to midland Odessa has always been so fast .... so if you live in midland I don't recommend this bank
