Really enjoyed shopping and buying a truck at Rogers. They were attentive but not pushy. The sales guy Jose was knowledgeable, honest, and attentive. Ford continues to lead the way with the F-150 and Rogers is a great place to get one.

Poor communication about how to operate all the features of the auto I purchased, and no informational printed materials available or supplied. The link to that information on line is impossible to use when in the car and trying to figure things out. The car needs to have the information book in the glove box as in years past.

If you care about your vehicle, DO NOT take it to be serviced here. I took my raptor in after putting new wheels and tires on it for a wobble that I had before I put the wheels and tires on, they claimed that it needed to be aligned and balanced even though the issue has been present before the new set and they come balanced from Custom Offsets. When they did the balancing they texted me that they “found” two tires with tears in the bead. Keep in mind I had driven on these tires for almost a week with no new issues and zero loss of tire pressure. The tears in the bead were pretty significant, I had several tire specialists outside of Ford that told me after seeing the photos I was sent that there would be no way I drove for as long or as far without, at the bare minimum, losing air in one of the two tires they are claiming were bad. Not to mention completely blowing the tire off of the rim. The service manager, Jacob, was absolutely no help and actually didn’t tell me the whole situation. I showed up and one of the tires had “bent” written on it. So not only did they tear two tires while removing them from the wheel, they also bent a brand new rim. The wheels are Method Off-road Racing, which incorporate bead grip technology where the tire meets the wheel and are difficult to get the tire off due to the groove on the wheel so it’s pretty obvious that when breaking the bead they did it wrong and tore through the tire bead. I have tire warranty but Jacob is refusing to right this situation stating that I was sold “bad” tires and my warranty won’t cover that. They also scratched my new rims in multiple spots, I’m missing a valve stem cap, and they didnt even try to take off the stuff left over from the weights that they took off and replaced. Which shows a complete lack of care. Still confused why they re balanced when they were already balanced. I will continue to fight this issue but I want to make others aware of the lack of accountability in the service department and complete disregard for the customer.
