Very bad customer service, when you walk in they don't even say hello, I was going to buy some jeans and I needed to try them on when I asked the girl where the fitting rooms were she told me they are closed we are going to close it wasn't even closing time yet, Anyway, since the money is not for her, she didn't want to let me try on the jeans to buy them, and finally when I was going to leave I had to go down while crouching because they had already lowered the gate. It's disrespectful, they closed me inside, however, when I visited Windsor after leaving there, they took great care of me and said hello in 30 minutes we closed. I don't go to that store anymore, very very bad customer service, I left very indignant because at least if they were going to close they would have said hello to me, we're done serving and I'm leaving.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE THIS STORE!!! Its full of pure nostalgia!!! I just purchased 2 shirts and 2 hoodies from there! Shirts were of hey Arnold and cartoon network! The hoodies are rick and morty and my favorite author/books Goosebumps! The customer service was great! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and she was sweet!! I got great deals buy one get one half off!! Love it and will continue to shop there!!

Horrible customer service, the manager is a young lady who kept rolling her eyes at all the customers. You walk in and not even a hello. No one was in the fitting rooms the doors were just open and piles of clothing all over the place.
