The store is very clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful compared to the Midkiff location! I will definitely be a returning customer at those location.
Backstory:
I originally went to the midkiff location to purchase clippers for my husband and when I showed him he said they were the wrong ones. Within 5 minutes I went right back in and Raymal would not do the exchange even though the receipt stated it would if unopened or unused. I asked Raymal to call the manager, and she refused to do so. Raymal was also very rude because i didnt speak spanish (I've had 2 different encounters with her, and both times were unpleasant). I called the Rankin Highway location and the staff was very accommodating, friendly, and very professional!

I messed up my hair trying to bleach it on my own, I got the wrong color, burned my hair and scalp. Had to buzz it all off! I decided to give it another try and went into Sally Beauty. The staff member who helped me had the exact color I’ve been wanting, and he totally knew his stuff. He walked me through the right supplies and even wrote down step by step instructions.
My hair turned out great and it’s not fried.
If you’re not sure what you’re doing, definitely ask for help. They’re super helpful and nice people.

I was picking up someone else and the guys was you know you can't use that with this and this with that when I kept telling it's not for me I'm getting them for someone else he kept he annoyed the hell out of I just walked out

Spent 160 on high dollar trimmer and was told it just needed to be charged when in reality they sold me a broken trimmer. Then after ripping you off they tell you it's not their fault

People are nice but the store is always on cards only and not all of us have the time to run Across town to the other Sally’s just because these people can’t take cash it’s ridiculous this is like the fourth time it’s happened I shouldn’t have to worry about this

The manager Monica is so RUDE! RACISIT! She said she don’t sell hair products to people who have LICE. I don’t even have lice. She should get fired ASAP!!!

Monica is the store manager and she should be fired! She was so rude to her employees and told one employee that she should go back to Mexico. I am so appalled by what I have seen.

Always clean and friendly staff. Convenient to where I live. Sadly though the last two times I’ve been in there within the last two weeks basic items are not in stock. Sales clerk suggested a go to Sally’s on Midkiff which is all the way across town. That shouldn’t have to be the solution. Overall though I like this store.

Went into the store this morning and Monica store manager looks very high...smelled like weed as well. Should be fired as well. Went again and she offers me 2 gs of weed and told her I don’t smoke. She said I thought you smile cus you look like you do. Never going back to that place again!!!

ask for a product and they just said yes to everything instead of helping me, other sallys try to help you find your product , but not here
