I purchased a set of clippers but didnt realized I purchased the wrong ones. Once i realized i got the wrong ones, maybe 5 minutes, i walked back in to exchange for the ones I needed. The employee whos name is RAYMAL, refused to make the exchange, when the receipt specifically stated I could if box was unopened/unused with 60 days. In addition to the refusal, I found the employee's behavior to be unprofessional and discourteous. She was visibly rude because I didn't speak spanish. This is not the first time I have experienced discriminatory behavior from this employee. During a previous visit, when I asked for assistance in locating a developer, the same employee was unwilling to speak to me much less help because I was not speaking Spanish. When I requested to speak with a manager to resolve the issue, the employee refused to call one. I drove to the other side of town, where I was greeted kindly, and had the exchange done within minutes. The employees at thr Rankin Highway location were baffled, and could not understand why they would not issue an exchange because it is policy. I will never go back to the midkiff location!

Came home and opened the pomade I purchased and its already open. Smh! I came back all the way from the house to the store right away and the person that was helping me us if I open it. Why will I open it and come back to return it? Smh and he said he was the manager? No customer service.

I’d give 2 stars ⭐️ the store was well kept & had many options, it was very clean & easy to find the things I was looking for which is great because the lady who was there this morning (Oct. 7th @10:00am) was not helpful at all, she was very passive aggressive when I asked for help & it did seem like she was having a bad day. When it was time to ring me up I gave her my money & she just stared at me, so I looked up & she said “is that really all you have? I can’t break that for you” which is understandable yk so my brother went next door to get change & when she opened the register she had more then enough to break it… I just feel like maybe she was ready for us to leave. I don’t know but hopefully yall can retrain her or will get some new employees who have been trained In customer service. Hope this helps.

Skinny, short lady with black long hair kept making comments about me as if I couldn’t hear. When I asked if they had an item in the back, she told the girl helping me to tell me that we didn’t before even checking. They were just trying to get rid of me. As if I couldn’t hear every comment she kept making. Will never be coming back to this location. Horrible service.
