Really love the Club.But I believe they should have scooters for those(handicap or otherwise) that can't walk around their HUGE store. My client can't walk long distances and she absolutely LOVES SAM'S CLUB, but she can't walk around it to shop. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

I bought four tires from here, on my THIRD blowout, the employee was new and having a hard time with the system, first time he rang it up he said it would be $20, then $100, then full price, manager kept coming over but they didn't know what was going on either. It was too late in the day to go anywhere else and hope they had one in stock so I paid full price. I go to the cafe to get a drink and wait, EVERY SINGLE TABLE WAS DISGUSTINGLY STICKY. This place is horrible, I cancelled the auto renewal. Will be going to Costco from now on.

Excellent products, affordability, and the ease of scan and go. My go to for shopping and did I mention same day delivery or shipping to your home. I would highly recommend and will always shop here. Thanks Sam's Club

I've been waiting over 2 hours to pick up my order and nobody will answer phone. you call corporate and it takes 3-5 days to refund your money. this is ridiculous.

I went by SAMs today in a bit of a panic due to my front tire. I was elated to see the tire bays still open at 6:40pm. My front tire was loosing pressure fast and wasn't sure I'd make it anywhere else and knew for sure I couldn't let it sit overnight. I got to the desk and was told there were only 2 people working and they would not be able to look at my tire. Evidently it's an "unwritten" policy that they don't accept vehicles after 6:15 or 6:30. They couldn't confirm and neither could the manager. But they seemed to be certain it was one of those. If that's the case, why not send the employees home and close the bays at that time if there are no cars? I work in customer service and my business is open until 9pm. If a guest walks in at 8:59pm, they will be given service because those are the hours posted. No worries, I limped it over to Discount Tire that had posted closed hours at 6pm. To my surprise they were still there working on cars that came in by 6pm. They graciously took me in.

My husband said I like doing business with Sam's. The 1st guy we saw was helpful. Too bad it went downhill. Tires installed have had to air tire less than a week after. I need to make an appointment Try calling and no answers

I have had a business membership since they opened in Midland. Always got in early to shop. Now they say I have to pay even more for a plus membership to shop early. Be glad when Costco gets here. Then I'll drop my membership of 30 years.

Spent 10 minutes trying to get the right associate on the phone. Go through 45 seconds of advertisements, then you get no option for the department your trying to reach, then when you dial zero and finally get someone they ask if you can be put on hold and without answering they put you on hold anyway. Then after 20 rings someone answers and they dont have what you need. Terrible!

Bought groceries, but needed a new car battery. Conveniently, Sams sells car batteries. After putting our groceries away in the car, we bought the battery (thankfully, it was in stock). Employee offered free-installation for the new battery. My husband accepted - because why not? Took them 40-45 minutes to swap our old battery and install the new one. I'd understand if they were busy, but only one other vehicle was there - which arrived AFTER ours. They didn't seem understaffed either - I counted 4 employees. When I asked how much longer, employee replied "10 minutes" - took at least another 20 once we were told that. We love Sams, but definitely would not recommend the tire/battery department.

Not much to say about Sam's Club. Great place, and maybe the only place now that I think about it, to buy bulk here in Midland. This is a great place to buy supplies for your business whether office supplies or restaurant supplies. Believe it or not they have an outstanding meat market.They also have a pharmacy, hearing aid center, optical center, tire center, and cafe. The majority of check outs are self check. Overall great place to shop.
