Really love the Club.But I believe they should have scooters for those(handicap or otherwise) that can't walk around their HUGE store. My client can't walk long distances and she absolutely LOVES SAM'S CLUB, but she can't walk around it to shop. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

I bought four tires from here, on my THIRD blowout, the employee was new and having a hard time with the system, first time he rang it up he said it would be $20, then $100, then full price, manager kept coming over but they didn't know what was going on either. It was too late in the day to go anywhere else and hope they had one in stock so I paid full price. I go to the cafe to get a drink and wait, EVERY SINGLE TABLE WAS DISGUSTINGLY STICKY. This place is horrible, I cancelled the auto renewal. Will be going to Costco from now on.

I've been waiting over 2 hours to pick up my order and nobody will answer phone. you call corporate and it takes 3-5 days to refund your money. this is ridiculous.

sam's club wants me to apply for a new card after my wife's death. She has been gone for 4 years now and I haven't missed a payment ever. They have no way to transfer the account to my name. So they expect me to unlock and then lock my credit reports which will cost me some cash. I won't do that unless I am reimbursed for my cost. In other words sam's doesn't want my business they prefer I use my American Express or my Visa card. They have lost my business.

I went by SAMs today in a bit of a panic due to my front tire. I was elated to see the tire bays still open at 6:40pm. My front tire was loosing pressure fast and wasn't sure I'd make it anywhere else and knew for sure I couldn't let it sit overnight. I got to the desk and was told there were only 2 people working and they would not be able to look at my tire. Evidently it's an "unwritten" policy that they don't accept vehicles after 6:15 or 6:30. They couldn't confirm and neither could the manager. But they seemed to be certain it was one of those. If that's the case, why not send the employees home and close the bays at that time if there are no cars? I work in customer service and my business is open until 9pm. If a guest walks in at 8:59pm, they will be given service because those are the hours posted. No worries, I limped it over to Discount Tire that had posted closed hours at 6pm. To my surprise they were still there working on cars that came in by 6pm. They graciously took me in.

I have had a business membership since they opened in Midland. Always got in early to shop. Now they say I have to pay even more for a plus membership to shop early. Be glad when Costco gets here. Then I'll drop my membership of 30 years.

Have someone who speaks disgusting that works up here. Wada Chambers. All this rioting stuff is ridiculous. BUT to have someone that speaks like this working in your store. Or any store! I remember seeing this lady when I went into sams. She walked around like she was a manager. Both parties are wrong. But someone that should be an example of a business?

Yesterday I had 2 carts full, really should have been 3, with 2 cranky kids and the store was packed. While at self checkout I dropped a thing of strawberries. The lady working the front rushes over, helps me clean up and calls someone to bring me a new case. Then proceeded to tell me it’s going to be ok. I know this doesn’t seem like much, but my momma heart needed to hear that and we need more people like her. I wish I knew her name! GREAT JOB SAMS!

I loved the selection at Sam’s but the greeters at the door were not so friendly. I get working during this stressful time can be hectic, but I am in the same boat as a healthcare worker. It would help if we could all be kinder.
