The store itself is fine. The Cafe has gone downhill. Put in a order for 6 pizzas for my son's bday party 3 hours before needing g them, when i return at the pick up time they haven't even started to make them at all. Then say "5 minutes". This is the 3rd time it has been like this and I wait on average 30-45 minutes. I don't recommend the Cafe at all.

Curbside is a joke. I always have to flag someone down because I see other cars get their order before me. Do better!!!! Be better!!

Every time I do curbside pickup I have to wait AT LEAST 25-35 minutes for my order. There’s always too many cars trying to pick up and there isn’t enough parking spaces. You will waste a ton of gas going on circles waiting for a pick up spot to open. I’ve had a terrible experience the last 5 times in a row. Unless you are able to walk inside and do everything yourself I don’t recommend.

They have everything I could think of and more. I would just randomly think of stuff, and they would have it. Mind readers, I don't think so, but they sure have a lot to choose from. The staff I entered acted with were very helpful and friendly too. Every time I go, I always leave with way more stuff than I had originally intended. Because of all the amazing things and great prices they have.

It's just another walmart, get your stuff,check yourself out , give me your money and get the hell out of my store.while employees stand there and watch you to make sure your not stealing, now that truly is just paying people to stand around literally. What's next we have to stock the shelf before we can shop. Where is it going to stop. I think sams is going to be my next store I boycott

8 curbside pickup spots and only 1 worker? I've been having to circle the parking lot for nearly an hour just to even wait for my order. Give an option to pick it up ourselves at this point.

The attitude and atmosphere is horrible never heard of this Sam’s clubs new policy until today I was told that they can’t load carts at the register anymore for you. I would understand at self check out you would take care of your own but I was at the reg cashier check out. I needed assistance and went through the reg cashier check out and I had a lot of things and pregnant and the cashier just stood there and looked at me with a nasty stare like to hurry up and there was a long line too when I asked for manager Veronica I told her what happened and she said “oh” and rolled her eyes at me and didn’t do anything nor was apologetic. Never had a bad experience at Sam’s until today….

Ordered curbside- my employee waited for 30 minutes and they did not come out. Tried to handle it online as it was ordered online and was told I have to handle it with the store who will not answer the phone so I can get it refunded.Recently they forgot to give me some of my items. It was nice that they called me however they wanted me to drive all the way back to the store to get the items (which in the midst of a busy work day I did not have time for) versus refunding the items they forgot to load. They actually refused to refund them and I ended up once again paying for something I did not receive.

Really love the Club. But I believe they should have scooters for those(handicap or otherwise) that can't walk around their HUGE store. My client can't walk long distances and she absolutely LOVES SAM'S CLUB, but she can't walk around it to shop. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

I bought four tires from here, on my THIRD blowout, the employee was new and having a hard time with the system, first time he rang it up he said it would be $20, then $100, then full price, manager kept coming over but they didn't know what was going on either. It was too late in the day to go anywhere else and hope they had one in stock so I paid full price. I go to the cafe to get a drink and wait, EVERY SINGLE TABLE WAS DISGUSTINGLY STICKY. This place is horrible, I cancelled the auto renewal. Will be going to Costco from now on.
