We went in to purchase a few pairs of shoes for my Mom. The problem was that we are traveling back to Maryland and space is limited in our luggage. The sales ladies helped us find the exact same shoes where we live in Maryland! That’s EXCELLENT customer service!!!

Idk how people have such great luck in this store. I went in to get some comfortable work shoes. I'm a Dental Assistant and I am usually standing in one spot for hours so I need support and comfort, I also have a high arch.\\nI went in spent $200 on a pair of ugly white shoes and wore them for 3 days. After the 3 days I realized that I was getting the same support as cheap $20 shoes I could get at Walmart. I went to return them and once they heard that I wore them they wouldn't return them for me! They wouldn't even offer an exchange! $200!!!!!!!! Down the drain! They offered me insoles and I thought ok they'll give me these as a peace offering. NO! IT WAS AN EXTRA $55 I feel like I am straping blocks of concrete to me feet daily. If you are looking for good working shoes definitely do not go here! -5/10 stars

Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. They made me feel like a valued customer. Excellent customer service. Would recomend to anyone wanting a great pair of shoes. They are pricey, but you get what you pay for. I am a second time buyer, and will continue to do business with them.
