went to take a look at a car. Very pushy, tried to leave multiple times. Erica and I couldn't agree on a price. I left. This frustrated her so she went ahead and ran my credit anyway. Lovely person.

Service center is impossible to get an appointment with, online appointments do not carry over to their system and getting through to somone in person is almost impossible. Cadillac is a high end vehicle and service center should reflect that.

This place has always been hit or miss with Sales and Service. Unfortunately under new management they only miss now. Wouldn't do business here again.

They have 0 customer service! They are not proactive, and they don't care if they don't make a sale. Odessa Dodge has better customer service than this dealership!

THEY WILL NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE FOR MONTHS!!! I bought an XT5 here and wound up having some issues. Towed to the dealership and was called in the morning and told that they could not see the car for FIVE MONTHS! Yes, It was May and they could not see it until October. I had to TOW to Lubbock to get it repaired even though it was still under original warranty. They did NOT call Lubbock to arrange, nor pay for the tow...we paid for it. DO NOT BUY HERE. It is worth the money and time to go to Lubbock or Dallas or even El Paso. I put in a claim to Cadillac online and to the dealership, but not luck.

Ordered an Escalade from the factory. Communication was bad, many times we called and left a message and didn’t get a call back for hours. Multiple times we got no call back at all. The car did come in early which was nice but they immediately tried to put an extra 1000 dollars on the price to tint two windows and told me that was at cost. I specifically told multiple people we wanted no add ons, we wanted it like we ordered. They did take the add on charge off after I complained but not before trying to say I misunderstood the original price quote, which I didn’t, they were lying. I got the full vehicle tinted with high grade ceramic and it cost 700 bucks.
The vehicle came in with multiple issues. Scratches on the paint and bird drop etchings, leather damaged. They said all Escalades come with that leather damage and there was nothing they could do other than wait for it to crack. They did give me a “we owe you” for getting the paint fixed. Said they would line it up for the next week. That never happened, never got a call about it and it’s been three weeks or so. We just took it to a professional and paid to have it fixed.
We paid cash for the vehicle and while trying to pay a guy told us about how bad the Escalade’s are, lots of problems and break downs. Said their bumper to bumper warranty was bad and wouldn’t cover everything so we needed to pay extra for a good warranty. Yeah right, I’m not paying you for an extra warranty if your manufacturer’s warranty sucks. That just tells me your add on warranty sucks. Salesman did a decent job of delivering the vehicle other than not fixing the paint. Probably shouldn’t be two stars even if I’m honest. Paid 130,000 dollars to this place in cash and got customer service like we were at a used car lot.
