I know the paint quality is good my reason I’m giving any stars. I walked in today and asked to look at trending exterior trim colors for brick homes. The lady acted like I just walked into a sandwich shop to ask for paint advice. She just said I have no idea. And sadly I thought it would go better when I was the only customer in the store. It would sure have been nice to get input and advice from an “expert” I guess they only employ cashiers. I’m sure my money will go to this store through our painter otherwise I’d be shopping around.

Beautiful store but the lady working that day was a complete hag, and talked to me like I was 4yrs old. I left and went to the SW on Midland Dr....Josh made it right, he was awesome.

Waited out front until nearly 740 even though there was staff inside, (store is supposed to open at seven clearly marked on door) no apologies or explanation or hardly a greeting when walking in and after all of that, they could not even match the sample "because it was a matte finish".. don't waste your time find a different location or go to Lowe's.

Greatest experience I’ve ever had at a paint store. Called ahead with some questions and the manager Daryl was super friendly and helpful. He got the product ready ahead of time so when I showed up, I just had to pay and pick it up. With a baby in tow, having that convenience was amazing, and Tristan was so nice when I was in store and checking out. He made me an account quickly, which I appreciated, that way my purchase was recorded in case I needed more of the paint in the future and couldn’t remember (which, with mom brain is quite likely) . Plus, they included a promotion so I could get a little discount, all without me asking. Five stars.

Hands down the best service for paint. The big box stores don’t have nothing on Sherwin-Williams. They can match your paint and have a great selection in stock. Open an account and get a discount on paint purchases!! Knowledgeable and friendly staff!!
