I couldn’t say enough good things about the employees at this Sleep Number store. Evanee and Tracy. My 90 year old grandpa was having trouble getting a hold of someone at a store (due to age) and they were more than willing to reach out to him for me. If you’re looking for mattress come buy one from these ladies!

My husband & I had a wonderful experience. We had already done some preliminary research online & knew which bed we wanted to try. Evanee, the manager, was very knowledgeable & explained to us many of the extra features of the bed we purchased. She made the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable & fun!

I thought I received good service...until the mattress arrived and it's been one thing after the other. Remote did not work after 2 weeks of use and then one side of the mattress went totally flat. I called to return and was told their would be a $249.00 Pick up charge. I have owned the mattress less than 2 months! I called the store manager, Evalee in Midland, TX) who was unhelpful and rude. She told me I needed to deal with Customer Support for any quality issues. I have spoken to Customer Support twice. They keep making excuses and telling me to move my mattress and attempt to "reconnect and reset the pump, which is located on the bottom of the mattress". Who needs a mattress that deflates? The delivery guy told me I should reset the mattress numbers every morning to 100 to ensure the mattress will last. Evalee failed to mention..in fact, failed to mention a number of other things. Her "customer service" ended the minute she received my $4200 payment.

So, the wife and I had just finished eating lunch and I convinced her to let us stop in and check out The Sleep Number store. She had been looking into different mattress options online and at other mattress stores. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted within a few seconds and made to feel welcome. Our sales Associate, Jennifer, was excellent and took the time to get to know us. She walked us through the process of how a Sleep Number system works and led us through the experience. They have some really cool features that I did not even know about, including an app that monitors HRV, body temp, sleep duration, and even a sleep evaluation when you wake up. Everything is on your phone, really cool.

I purchased an $8000 bed and was told I could make payments monthly. I was not informed that it would affect my credit score. It dropped my credit score 36 points. A few months ago I received a letter stating that my account was closed due to my credit score. I have 100% on time payment history with all of my credit cards and have been trying to build my credit back up after taking a 36 point hit after getting the bed. Do not get yourselves scammed by these people or Synchrony (the bank they use to finance).

We did the trial and decided to return both the mattress and adjustable base…only to be told the adjustable base is a final sale item. That was NEVER mentioned to us at any time during the sales process. How is this ok?!?! We would have never purchased it if we had known that. Apparently they gloss right over those terms in the store (my friend bought the exact same base and mattress from the same store and had NO idea either) yet they are printed on the receipt in the 2 pages of terms that no one ever reads. This is a huge scam/bait & switch. Even the guys who took the mattress said they hear that all the time. I’ve called corporate multiple times and shocker, no one from their executive office (who I was referred too after an hour with regular customer service) has the balls to call me back and have a conversation. DESPICABLE customer service!!! Stay away!!!

After a few trips and conversations with the Sales Associate, we made a decision to purchase the i10. I expressed my concerns to the Sales Associate about having dual chambers. Sales Associate told me the King did not come with a single chamber, but Queen mattresses came with a single chamber. With that being said, we decided on a Queen mattress (since it came with a single chamber). Sales Associate submitted order. She then told me to download app. I then realized it was asking for dual info for a dual mattress. I told the associate and she realized she submitted the wrong order. She tried to retract the order, but then realized the i10 mattress does not come with a single chamber. Needless to say, I not only left the store without purchasing the mattress we had decided on, but also had our credit hit, and we gave cash down, but they were unable to refund us cash we had literally just handed to them. I now have to wait for two separate checks to be mailed to us. Yes the associate was very apologetic, but as if leaving the store without a purchase wasn’t discouraging enough (because the mattress we want doesn’t exist, but had been told it did exist), but we couldn’t get our cash back that was just handed to them. Makes no sense. Seems as if customer service no longer exists.

We were met by Evanee Taylor when we entered the store, we exchanged names and greetings and answered a couple of questions and ask a few of our own. Evanee then took us for a tour thru the store and started the demo on the various beds, we picked i10 360 bed and then we picked bedding. we finally had every thing picked out and then sat down to arrange financing which Evanee took us thru professionally and quickly. We had a very nice visit and were very pleased with Evanee's professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommend your store to anyone. Thanks again Evanee for the great service, look forward to seeing you again.

Went with a friend to trial the sleep number. Brandy was our sales person, she was informative and nice. Beds are absolutely amazing. Even have a function to heat the foot end of the bed.My friend liked the bed so much she did purchase. May be going back this weekend with husband to trial the beds.Sales staff are masked and they use pillow protectors when you try out the beds.

Jen was awesome! Took us through step by step. Was personable and super friendly the entire time. We successfully identified the bed we wanted and made the purchase seamlessly! So excited for our bed!
