Stylist: She didn't cut my hair short enough to use the clippers so my hair got tangled in the clippers she had to cut my hair to free it from the clippers

I was very satisfied with the service and the results of my perm. The women were very friendly and made me very comfortable. Sadly I was so disappointed with what I was charged. I was quoted $65 by phone and then again in person and I stressed that I did NOT want a haircut. The hairdresser “trimmed” a couple of long hairs and I was therefore charged for a haircut. I ended up paying $95 I didn’t say anything but I was extremely disappointed.

My hair was one length and long The lady put my hair in layers and the last one she did not do it just drops and it’s very noticeable she also gave me sides that is not even
I wish I would of gotten her name it’s a older Spanish lady I have to go to a different lady different company now some where else and hopefully she can fix it costing me more money which never have to happen

Rose did an amazing job. I went in there with a horrible box hair dye job and bad hair cut. She was able to cut my hair the way I wanted it and fix the bad hair color.I would definitely be coming back. Any one else who needs a great hairstylist I would go to rose.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
