Multiple times I asked for heavy starch and they insisted on light starch . Confused me for someone else and kept on applying light starch. Would not recommend

I LOST 3 pair of rock revival and 2 pair of psycho bunny shirts 830 dollars and I ask for a refund and the man said he would put in a work order and I never received my money he only was going to give me 7% of the cost
