Store clases at 8pm but they only receive amazon returns until 6pm which makes no sense. No way to find out until you get to the store. You could just receive the returns and send them out the next day, what a waste of time to make people come back another day.

My wife had an interview here today, showed up early and went to the first employee she saw to inform them she was there for an interview the guy put his finger up (as he was on the phone) and told her to shh. Went to the next employee and said she would inform the manager and to stand "some where over there" she was told to be there early and she stayed 10 minutes past her scheuduled time to be there. Very rude and unwelcoming.

Tried using staples for an Amazon return and I am 110% dissatisfied. It’s been a MONTH and my package was never shipped out. They claim it’s not their fault but I disagree. If the return barcode would have been generated then there would have been an update in my Amazon account concerning the item AND the carrier would have known that there was a missing pickup package from staples that never made it to their local station. But Amazon never got the package and there is no barcode label/number to associate my package with. To top it off, the staff was rude and abrupt about the situation.Horrible experience

Went in to buy a new laptop and printer. Lori the salesperson that worked with me was outstanding as were other workers. Very friendly very knowledgeable. Walked out extremely happy with everything I needed at a good price.

Went in today and found several things according to the signs on the shelves were on sale, when I got to the register NOTHING came up on sale. The guy at the register said, "Those were old sale signs I need to remove", when I brought up the price at the register did not match the price at the shelves.Now I remember why I have avoided Staples in the past because of their practices. I will not be returning again.

They try to charge $60 to mail something that is less than a pound! When I tried to figure out why they were rude and told me they can’t switch the service out of two day air which is a lie.

Everything about this place is terrible business practices. They can have a laptop or PC in stock but if you even hint that you are not interested in the prote tion plans they won't sell it to you. They will literaly tell you it's out of stock.They also treat employees unfairly and poorly.

Suuuper unhelpful staff. Decided to look elsewhere based on how uninterested they were in providing Andy customer service whatsoever.Called Office Depot as soon as I got in my car to drive away and they’d located my item before I’d even gotten out of staples’ parking lot…then, had it waiting for me at the front of the store upon my arrival.That’s all. (Gonna go write a quick review for Office Depot now ?)

At 3p on a Saturday afternoon there should be no reason why the copy and print section is closed for the day. Even if the employee called into their shift. A manager on site should know how to operate all areas of the building and not turn guests away. As having experience as a General Manager, I am extremely disappointed coming to this store today. I will drive the extra exit to go to Office Depot from now on.
