It's a place to sleep. Room was spacious, had a kitchenette, and a sofa bed. Everything was a little dated but not a deal breaker. Hallway to the rooms smelled super bad. The jets on hot tub outside didn't work. Restaurant choices, shopping, and location was great.

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks and the stay was comfortable with the 2 bed room room. The front desk reception was AWFUL. The communication between the housekeeping staff and receptionist is horrible! If you are planning to stay for more than a week with dogs and kids, please choose a different hotel. I would recommend this location if you are a single worker and staying for less than 3 days. Food was good and edible. We liked the breakfast option and the happy hour with snacks and drinks. Fitness room has a huge floor leak and washer and dryers are not fully working 2 out of the 5 are working. It really takes patience to get your room cleaned and to get minor cleaning in the rooms. Don't ask for sheets to be changed, they will guilt trip you that you are too demanding.

This place used to be nice about a year ago. Not sure what happened. Leaks for days and NO BREAKFAST, not even any substitute breakfast.. just cereal. I normally don't eat hotel breakfast but it's nice to be able to eat something quick before heading out to work..

Excellent location, close to the airport and the plaza mall. Comfortable, clean and updated rooms and very attentive staff willing to help you with all your requests.

Glad to come in as Diamond Elite, get a handicap room and then try to take a shower after working all day and have a stream come out the shower head about like a trickle. I was going to stay here for the week but I’m checking out in the morning.

Don’t be deceived by the four star rating. This room is dated dirty for the most time overpriced. There’s many other options this hotels disgusting if you wanna stay in a motel that smells dirty in the maid service opens your door at 8 AM rough day. Don’t stay here.

Lovely and peaceful. Very nice and the bed was comfortable. I woke up late for work it was such a nice home-like feeling. I should of taken pictures but was too tired.

Outstanding place to stay but if you stay longer than a week and need to wash clothes. You will need to go to town, they have 3 Washers and 3 Dryers. Only 1 washer works and 2 Dryers. I’ll be staying somewhere else next time as my stay are normally 2 weeks or

We stayed there for 3 weeks. Do to my husbands job, we stay at Staybridge’s all over. This particular one is AWFUL! We didn’t have hot water the entire time. They lied and told us for 5 days that they were repairing water heaters as we spoke. After getting nowhere, we called the manager. She admitted that her staff had been lying and said she didn’t know why, but that she would order 2 new water heaters right then. Obviously that would take a few days to get them up and going. In order to keep us from moving hotels, she apologized profusely and said she would take 20% off our entire stay and take off the pet charges. (That most staybridges don’t charge us anyways). So we stayed. Checked out yesterday. Now, they’re only comping one night and removing the pet fee. That’s a far cry from 20% off 29 nights. On top of not keeping their word, there were Bobby pins and Christmas ornaments on the floor the day we checked in. They clearly hadn’t vacuumed. 40-50% of the towels had wads of hair in them. I’ve never left a bad review on a hotel before, but out of the months we spend in hotels, this hotel was the WORST.
