The guy working the front desk late at night is completely disrespectful and a smarta$$ for no reason.

Outstanding place to stay but if you stay longer than a week and need to wash clothes. You will need to go to town, they have 3 Washers and 3 Dryers. Only 1 washer works and 2 Dryers. I’ll be staying somewhere else next time as my stay are normally 2 weeks or

We stayed there for 3 weeks. Do to my husbands job, we stay at Staybridge’s all over. This particular one is AWFUL! We didn’t have hot water the entire time. They lied and told us for 5 days that they were repairing water heaters as we spoke. After getting nowhere, we called the manager. She admitted that her staff had been lying and said she didn’t know why, but that she would order 2 new water heaters right then. Obviously that would take a few days to get them up and going. In order to keep us from moving hotels, she apologized profusely and said she would take 20% off our entire stay and take off the pet charges. (That most staybridges don’t charge us anyways). So we stayed. Checked out yesterday. Now, they’re only comping one night and removing the pet fee. That’s a far cry from 20% off 29 nights. On top of not keeping their word, there were Bobby pins and Christmas ornaments on the floor the day we checked in. They clearly hadn’t vacuumed. 40-50% of the towels had wads of hair in them. I’ve never left a bad review on a hotel before, but out of the months we spend in hotels, this hotel was the WORST.

Nearby activities: Several high end eateries like fair to Midland and clear springs are nearby as well as HEB and Sam's club.Walkability: Not to far to walk to anything around the hotel but still a ways to walk to get to anything so I recommend driving due to traffic that comes thru deauville Rd.Food & drinks: Complimentary breakfast and some evening events lined up for the winter time for family friends.Noteworthy details: Very pristine.

I usually don't write reviews but I wanted to with all the mixed reviews on here. I an kinda boujie when it comes to where I am staying. All I can say about this place is it was absolutely amazing for the price. The rooms are great beds could be a little softer but that's okay. The staff is very accommodating this was a 2 day stay for my birthday. We came back me and my husband from my birthday day and our whole hallway smelled like cooking oil someone deff burned something. It was very captivating though so we called the front desk and they immediately switched rooms for us so that was awesome. The only thing I would say was not the best was our first room the hot water for a shower wad like barely warm but not cold. The second room the hot water was great. I just wanted people to know that this is a really great place to stay and I was very impressed my husband is in oil field so I come see him and I want to stay here everytime!!!Rooms: I loved the rooms was very impressed with them for the price and cool with the kitchens we will come back and get a one bedroom suite next timeNearby activities: We had great places to eat and a really cool adult bar fair to midland and the rock hounds stadium is close byFood & drinks: The breakfast was good way more of a variety then any other place and it starts at 730 and ends at 1030 way better then other hotels

The room did what we needed as far as having a place to rest your head.Positive:The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The lobby and breakfast area was well kept. Nice fire pit outsideNegative: Cleanliness is not their strength.- the kitchen had dirty utensils and you can tell the refrigerator was wiped but unfortunately not well. The fridge had crumbs and hair-The bathroom sink didn't drain well-There was dust and fuz on almost every furniture. Especially unpleasant where the bathroom towels are kept since you are planning on putting it on your body.-the base of the bed was dirty in all the rooms- the towels also had hair on itBreakfast was typical hotel breakfast*Lots of room for improvement

As of today 9/16/23 I will no longer book stays at this perticular IHG hotel. I checked in on a Thursday and today is Saturday. They have yet to clean or service my room. The person they have at the front desk at 8 PM was completely rude and in no way wanted to help make my stay any better. It’s bad enough I have to work the entire weekend, but even worse when the hotel your staying at doesn’t want to do anything to help. There are plenty of hotels here that are more than willing to take my money and provide great service. Buyer beware!!!!Rooms: They do very little besides sell you a room. Don’t expect anything above that.

Got here Monday afternoon after a long flight from San Diego Bianca has helped us tremendously. From fresh towels to extra blanket to jus answering simple questions. She's made our stay a-whole lot better. Cheers to her

Loved my stay here and the Lady in the kitchen does a fantastic job everyone was so friendly ... My first room was stripped of everything so they gave me another it had a few things obviously missing but most of it was easily replaceable. Doesn't matter because the staff made up for anything lacking ... People at the front desk were ? awesome...

Dani ( Daniela, forgive me if I misspell your name) is an amazing front desk receptionist. She was extremely nice and helpful this morning, and next time, we're working out in midland. we'll definitely be booking here. The bed is super soft, and housekeeping is amazingI wish I could remember her name to shout her out, too. But she clean room 227. Thank yallNoteworthy details: Buy HEB and Sam's clubs.

This pet friendly hotel has everything a family could want, even if it is just me and my little doggie. The staff are amazing and took care of my every need. The only down side is that the building is older or must be in need of some attention to detail. There was molding missing on part of the floor in the bathroom sink area. The bathroom sink did not drain well, the exhaust fan in the shower over the toilet was hanging out of the ceiling, and the coffee cups in the kitchen cabinet need to be soaked in dish detergent or replaced. I did mention these items to the front desk and they got on it right away. There is a complete hot breakfast in the am but I am sticking to my protein shakes, but if you have kids, this is a life saver. Also there is always coffee and tea available so my routine was roll out of bed at 5 am and take Lucciano downstairs for his morning walk and grab my coffee on my way- all while in my pjs...Oh and they have a beautiful pool and fire pit area! HEB and SAMS are around the corner, as well as several eateries. They have a fitness center, a computer center, an area just to sit and read, laundry facilities and dry cleaning. Everything is here- oh and the beds are comfortable!!!!
