Paid 80 bucks for this they messed up my haircut I asked for a fringe and she cut most of my hair off then said I looked like Justin Timberlake we all know that’s a lie I wish I could rate it 0 stars worst haircut place in midland don’t go here ever unless you want a messed up haircut which will age you 20 years

Hair type: My hair is almost course and curly. Most stylists have a problem with it but not any of the ladies at supercut!

Carmen was so great! She listened to my needs and cut my hair exactly how I asked her to!
Requested style: I asked for long layers and face framing and Carmen did it perfectly
Hair type: My Hailie is thick and long, when it dries on its own it dries wavy and frizzy if I don’t put mousse in it.
Stylist: My stylist cut and textured my hair perfectly. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable in her chair

Get your hair cut once here and you'll understand why they are never busy. I wanted just a simple hair cut so thought I'd pop in to save money and time but $30 later it's awful and wasn't even worth that. I didn't feel listened to and the lady cutting my hair completely ignored my inspiration photo. I seemed more like a burden to her than a customer she was happy to help. It's way too short and I feel like I could have done this at home by myself. It looks nothing like what I asked for at all. I asked for a wash and they don't even wash your scalp/top of your hair. Just an ice cold wash where they are rough and pulling out your hair. I immediately went home and rewashed it. No pampering experience here. How's this place even still open?

The stylist was super quick and did an awesome job. She was nice and made people feel like they could relax and didn't feel all rushed.
