The ladies are all very nice at this store but I feel I could have gotten better services if they weren’t to busy planning there time outside of work. Constantly on there phones with there personal lives instead of focusing on the customer could have probably saved me about an hour of them not messing up because they were to busy on there personal phones.

Te’asia was very helpful and made the process of me getting a phone fast an easy. She also helped me with finding the best deal with the lowest prices. They also carry accessories and extra chargers. Went in to pay my account and the young lady there does not need to work there very rude and wow. Pretty sad she was more worried about her phone and the guy she was flirting with them helping a customer. Guess I irritated her cause I came in. Went to the one on Wadley and couldn’t say enough good things they handled everything quick and easy. Guess it just shows how one bad location can hurt a company

Customer service was good, the lady helped me with a good deal for 130 except my total for two plans had came out to be 150 in the end.

We waited until 12 and no one came... at 12.08 3 employees arrived and they still told us that they would be open in 15 minutes ...and 6 more min .....waiting

We got upgrades and the employees were so helpful and so patient with us. Made sure they took care of everything we needed’ happy faces and the kindest people.Klarisss and Aidee helped us. I believe that was their names, super sweet and so helpful! Definitely will go back here if I need help with anything

Slow, inefficient service! Two people working. One working with a customer while the other loaded me into the wait queue at which time I said I needed a new SIM card (which is a 5 min transaction). There was only one other person in the store ahead of me in queue; however, instead of the second worker assisting me, I waited 45 minutes while the next person in line was assisted. When completed with that customer, the second worker decided to take the 5 minutes to provide me with the new SIM card, which she easily could have done the first 10 minutes of me walking in the door. Ridiculous.

When I first started using them, I had no problems. After a year , one thing after another seemed to happen . When one situation would be fixed, another one would happen. Even tho your able to buy an Apple phone from there, the assistance after that is minimal at best. The techs there are nice & helpful.
