They are like 3 blocks away from the annex which is awesome for a quick inspection. Okay maybe there oil change takes like 7 mins but come on who else offers service that quick and they offer you a water cold or warm fancy fancy I am a repeat customer and feel they need to get the props they deserve. Kudos to your business model.

I didn’t want to come here because I have always used Valvoline/Avis Lube. However, I had no choice. I did a search for oil changes & saw Take 5 was open. I went there & they got me in the bay right away. They were friendly, professional, and fast! They didn’t try to upsell anything, which makes me happy. I decided I did need windshield wipers, though. They educated me on the best choice, got them replaced promptly, & got me out. I was there for maybe 10-15 minutes. I’ll definitely be returning to them!

This place is always fast and friendly! Super convenient to take your car for a state inspection or oil change if you’re on a lunch break or just have a few minutes to get an errand done!

My mother and I went here for a quick oil change before we went to New Mexico, we were in a big hurry because we dont have an air conditioner. We were there for at least half an hour before they even started checking our car, there were like 2 maybe 4 employees working on like 6 cars. I get that is a lot of work, I'm just saying the whole point is for it to be quick so they should have said that they would take like 45 minutes instead of letting us into the garage behind another car and putting the cone behind us so we couldn't even leave. Like just tell people if it's going to take yall forever, I don't care what the reason is.

I previously wrote a review and gave Landon and Leo of five rating because at that time they were taking care of my situation with my car. But I'm riding once again because that five-star rating has been changed to a one star because Landon has for some reason stop communicating with me to fix the issue that they started apart was audited twice and twice it was the wrong part. The skid cover that goes up under the car and I have been trying to communicate with him and so far he has put the blame on his manager. Leo and he's just all of a sudden stopped communicating and it's not fair to me for them to just up and stop communicating and I am going to do everything in my power. Getting in touch with Mr. Campo who is the district manager cuz I spoke to him before and they said the issue would be taken care of and as of right now it has been a poor performance and again I cannot trust take five oil change because this is what they do. They pretend that they're going to do this and that but turn around and just do the wrong thing. So that's where I'm at right now. It's a shame.
