My husband and I brought in our 2022 Acura MDX after getting rear ended. After receiving our car after being repaired, we were extremely happy with the end results. It looked like a brand new car, very clean inside and out. They even brought our car to the Acura dealership to make sure all the controls and sensors were working properly after the accident. The car drives even smoother than before the accident. We were very please and happy with the end results. We highly recommend them!!

I’ve been holding off writing this review because I was waiting for them to get back to me. However, they haven’t. There were several issues that came up after they “repaired” my vehicle. They took it back in and tried to make it right and it was definitely a lot better… with that said it’s very apparent my truck was painted. The spray is almost grainy, it’s not smooth at all. There’s a scratch where it was backed into something and they tried to make it right but it’s still there and noticeable to me. My grill had tons of spots where they couldn’t get it right. I was told they’d get with my insurance company to try to replace it but never did. I called my insurance company to ask if they asked for a supplement and they said no so I left a VM for tall city and never heard back. Honestly, at this point it’s not so much the repair work or that they can’t repair it properly it’s just the fact that they washed their hands of me without a courtesy call to let me know it wasn’t gonna happen. I don’t want to go too much into detail because maybe I was just that unlucky and would rather put this behind me. I loved my vehicle now we are looking into replacing it. Their customer service was great until it wasn’t and I wish they had followed through.

Carlos and his team were super friendly. I dropped of a fender for a Porsche. I expected a high quality job not just because it is my wife's car, also because it is a luxury car. The shop did an excellent job in an astonishing time. The fender looks like brand new from the factory. I am very happy with their work, price and customer service.
Definitely to be recommended. Keep the good work up. I seldom give reviews but this was just beyond my expectations.

I’m extremely pleased and happy with the way my car turned out. It was only in the shop for two weeks which was a shorter amount of time compared to other body shops. The staff at tall city were so sweet and patient with me. I would definitely recommend them!

Carlos and the team here at Tall City Collision are phenomenal. Very kind and helpful and have an eye for details and quality work. I came here for hail damage repair after the tornado and they were one of the only shops that were happy to see me with how busy everyone is. They got me in an out very quickly and provided me with a very detailed estimate with pictures. they are affordable and very honest with their pricing. I would recommend anyone to come to this shop and deal with these guys. They are top notch, friendly and fast. 10/10
