I REALLY wanted to like this place, but I will probably not be back. I have eaten here 2x and the first time was amazing. So much so that I tried to get here every time I drove to Midland. I finally ate here again today and I am highly disappointed.
The Pros: the meat is smoked to perfection and seasoned very well. The homemade cookies were extremely delicious. Solid 5/5 there.
The Cons: the sides are inconsistent. You can’t get beans on Saturday and the potato salad was extremely dry, which is disheartening because it was the main reason I returned, ended up throwing it away. The pricing is high for the value $34 for a 3 meat plate with two rib bones, one sausage link, and 1 piece of brisket, be forreal.
The highlight of my trip. The BANANA PUDDING. Yuck. This was the worst thing I have ever put in my mouth. I was so mad I could have cried. Artificial taste, they sprinkled something black on top, not a banana in sight and only two vanilla wafers in the entire tub for $10!! I’m a country girl from Mississippi I know what Nanna pudding should taste like, and this ain’t it.
Overall, if you want to eat here, just order the meat and skip everything else.

My favorite place to eat over ANY restaurant!!!!!!!!!!! Brisket is to die for. Chocolate chip cookies are definitely the best I have ever had in my life and I’m a pretty tough critic when it comes to food, I’m a homesteader!

If front of customers they accused me of not paying for my smoked turkey, them makes a racist remark that he will be paying for our Thanksgiving meal if I didn't pay for it......I'll never spend a dime there ...NEVER

These guys are king of bbq. Mike use to cater for us and now he's running a brick and mortar and knocking it out of the park. He honestly needs to be in triple D. Everything is spot on but don't leave without the banna pudding.Great cuts of meat and the friendly staff, which is rare to find these days.

I grill a lot of meat and feed a lot of boys. TCMM is my choice for quality beef and pork. The tomahawk steaks are the best I have ever purchased, great marbling and full of flavor. And if you wanna try something really special I recommend the bacon wrapped pork loin. Amazing. Also the place to get your grilling essentials: spices, rubs, pellets, beer. etc. Absolutely love this place!

I have forgotten to post about Tall City Meats. We went on a Thursday to have the rib eye. I picked out and they still had brisket. The most delicious brisket I've had. The rib eye was just as delicious. The green beans were scrumptious too. It didn't end there. They have the best desserts in town. I failed to take a picture of the desserts. We had the banana pudding. It has a little surprise in the middle, crushed oreos. The owners mom brought us a piece of banana cake. Everything was delicious. ?? It's definitely a must try.

While the brisket was good and and a good rub and flavorful they need to work on their sides. What kind of a place that serves bbq doesn’t have pinto beans. Their potato salad is just weird(sour cream cheese bacon?) and really needs to be served cold ours was warm. Too bad some of the meat seasonings didn’t fall into the green beans as they were as flavorless as when they opened the can. A little pricey. Be sure to bring your wallet and maybe a little out of your piggy bank.

Must give credit where credit's due:Hands down the best steak cuts in West Texas. I also recommend making their chopped beef sandwich a regular! And contrary to a previous review, their potato salad is beyond reproach. Five stars all the way
