Visited Target today , for a morgan wallen t-shirt that i could not find , so placed an order online , went back 1 hour later to pick it up and realized that they had to have a section of it , i just missed it somewhere, when inside i asked 4 employees where I may find it , not one could help me or knew what iwas talking about except one, AmraR (iknow iam misspelling her name) but she did everything she could to help me find the exact shirt I was looking for and where the rest could be located . She made it very easy after being a lil frustrated with the mess because of the renovation which I understand completely. Thank you to her . Much appreciated 🤗 .

They're in the middle of remodeling, but the customer service is still top tier. I was able to find everything I needed or have someone assist me. I needed to use an electric scooter, which they had charged and ready at the front.

Jennifer at the registers gave the worst service I’ve ever had at Target. I go early in the morning to shop to avoid crowds, Target only has the self checkout open at this time. I go to check out I’ve have scanned and bagged two items the third item doesn’t scan right. I had to wait for someone to come release the register so I could try and scan again and continue, Jennifer comes and gets on to me telling me I have to scan and bag the items fast and that the system makes me start over and she scans one item of mine and throws it in the bag then gets the two items I have already bagged out and puts them on the same spot she said not to have items and walks off mad. So when I go to try and scan again the register locks up again. She returns more upset then proceeds to just scan and throw my items in a bag. She stops when it comes time for me to pay, I thank her and she walks off. I put my membership in paid with a card and the register locked up again third time and I stood there not even wanting to ask for help, Jennifer sees I need help and comes over telling me ‘what now!?’ Then rudely told me I wouldn’t get a receipt then walked away, so I grabbed my bag and left.
So early in the morning to be so rude and upset is distasteful and unnecessary.

Subject: Complaint About Poor Customer Service at Target
Dear Target Management,
I’m writing to express my frustration with the service I received during my recent visit to your store. After losing my phone, a gentleman kindly informed me that he had found it and handed it over to customer service. When I arrived at the customer service desk, I was met by an associate named Brianna, who was immediately rude and uncooperative.
I explained that the gentleman had seen me misplace my phone and that I was there to retrieve it. Despite this, Brianna refused to return my phone right away. She began asking unnecessary and intrusive questions about the phone’s contents, screen saver, and color case, which felt inappropriate given the situation. Even after the gentleman returned and confirmed that the phone was mine, she continued to insist that she needed more information before handing it over.
This experience was extremely frustrating and made my shopping trip very unpleasant. Given the negative attention Target is currently facing, this type of unprofessional behavior only makes things worse. I urge you to address this issue and provide additional training to your staff to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. So unorganized for the bigger clothes. But ya know. All the sm m and large are all nicely where they seem to go. But everything else. No. Do better.

It's Target, so it's gonna be...well, Target. Currently undergoing a bit of a refit, moving the grocery section to the west side of the store, but, at least today, that only really disrupted the grocery department. And groceries aren't really what we go to Target for, are they?

With this Target being one of the only decent places to shop in Midland, I would have expected more from the store as far as organization. I am beyond disappointed in the way the women's clothing area is treated, even by employees. Every time I have gone in there, it is in complete disarray. The plus size section is such a huge disappointment in both the selection, placement and organization. It's been haphazardly thrown in with the clearance section and shove right up against the socks. The area is completely inaccessible with a cart and barely moveable by yourself. Things were thrown over racks and all over the floor. The area looks like the discard pile for the whole store. I expected so much better, especially for a place that is constantly out of sizes Large through XXL. You'd think they would get the hint that the women in this area shop this size range. Do better.

So so so much clutter and boxes like you seriously can even get through the store the men's section is completely filled with boxes the racks and stuff are so close together the basket doesn't even fit and don't even get me started on the juniors section there is clothes left all over the floor stuff is just shoved on everything like this is a safety hazard😬

I came in looking for a pair of rain boots in size 13 for my daughter. Shows there was 2 pair when I was headed to the store and then when I got thrre…there was 1 pair… Jamal and Elizabeth and the whole crew in the dressing room area helped me! Jamal went and grabbed me a pair from the back! Thank you all sooo much for the amazing customer service!

For Customer service, guys name Angel was so rude to us made it uncomfortable doing an exchange. Almost felt guilty for having to bring an item back. Maybe he was having a bad day or something but he was treating every customer in front of us like they were an inconvenience. I saw the looks he was given when customers were grabbing their stuff out of the bad. Horrible service..

This is by far one of the messiest stores I have been to. I couldn’t even get my babies stroller through the isle to look at clothes. My mood for shopping immediately changed. I purchased one item and left. The cashier was too busy picking at her nails she didn’t even greet us. These younger workers have no work ethic, no customer service nor do they care. Needless to say glad I’m only visiting.

I would have rated more but just because the simple fact that the African American lady sometimes that stands at the self check out was rude and I guess based on the way me and my family looked quickly assumed that I didn’t pay for my daughters toy she had in her had, she comes from behind me and says are you going to pay for that and I told oh yes I did and I was trying to show my receipt to her she didn’t bother to really look at the receipt and said yeah you paid for the drink but what about the toy and again I said it’s right here she then takes the toy from my daughters had and scans it on her little hand held machine and I show her again it’s right here. Very bad customer service had she check the receipt the first time this situation could have been avoided.
