They are amazing and genuine people. I visited many automotive centers to fix my number plate. Nobody was able to help me. someone recommended me Texland. They fixed the problem in just 5-10 mins. I was highly impressed with their level of expertise. This place is highly recommended.

A really great repair center with an especially good person who fixes other problems than the car damage. Ashley Miller is the contact person who helps with any question or problem the customer has. Her courtesy, efficiency, and great communication skills really helps make a bit traumatic problem (the car damage) so much better. Every business needs someone like Ashley!

Don’t waste your time if you have a custom repair. Maybe if yours is standard you’d be ok.
Had a collision back in October. Called Texland shortly after to get a self-pay quote and get scheduled. Got the quote from Jerry and then nothing but radio silence when trying to answer some final questions and book. After weeks of not hearing from Jerry, we got in touch with Ashley. Ashley apologized and said she would get things handled, since the business has been having some issues lately. She answered some questions for us and then again, radio silence. Called and emailed multiple times, then FINALLY got ahold of Jerry where he proceeded to tell us that they no longer accept self-pay customers. I get it, run the business the way you need to, but don’t string people along for 4 months, act like you are going to help us, and then out of nowhere change your mind. Bad business. Would not recommend to anyone who actually needs their car repaired in a timely manner, or ever, for that matter. What a shame.

Do not go here!!!! Had my boyfriend’s car for A YEAR !!!! Both he and his insurance were calling almost daily for months on end with 0 updates from this place and even when they finished “fixing” it, there are about a thousand issues and we find more all the time!!! Yall please go anywhere else.

Have not had an even remotely decent experience at this location. We brought in our vehicle for hail damage repairs. Initially we had some guy that took our vehicle, we’re promised updates on the process and were given a timeframe. About a week later I had to call because we never heard anything back. Come to find out there was a hang up with our insurance but were never informed of the situation. About another week later i had to call once more to get an update only to find out the original guy wasn’t even there anymore. So my inform got handed over to a different guy that once again promised to give us updates so I “didn’t have to keep calling.” Fast forward several more weeks and I once again had to call again for another update. Gave them the benefit of doubt that they’d call but nothing. Once again promised updates and again never got anything. I finally tried calling THREE TIMES in a single day and could never get connected. I had to go IN PERSON this time only to find out that now from a hail damage repairs we had to wait for a door handle part that was somehow broken in the process!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Could not recommend this place one bit.

The absolute worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a collision center or any place at that. I have been having to go back and forth with them for now 6 months. When I first brought them my vehicle I was told they’d have it ready for me in 4-6 weeks and that I would be given updates about my vehicle. 12 weeks passed by with no given update, i had to call and ask what was still needed to be done and that I needed it by the end of that week. When I picked up my vehicle it was EXTREMELY dirty, full of dust and the inside rooftop full of dirty hand prints. Clearly they did not even wash the vehicle outside nor inside as stated. I had to bring it back a second time to have the inside rooftop cleaned.
The third time I had to bring it back because I had my tail light fall out on me when opening the trunk. Embarrassing. Absolutely ridiculous to miss putting screws on a car part. Could not imagine what else they missed that’s not to the naked eye if that alone was missed. When asked who worked on my car no names could be given because they claimed to not know who worked on it.
The fourth time I had to bring it back because my lift gate would not open due to LOOSE SCREWS and the top clear coat was completely touched up and bumpy, and to top it off the tail light had humidity going inside when ever it rained. And that’s when I noticed the whole right side of my lift gate was misaligned. I took it in once again and was told I would have it ready by the end of the week. No call and no update so I had to be the one to call nearly two weeks later just to be told they did not know that my suv was there and that the guy we had spoken to no longer worked there when there were two other current employees there speaking to us at the same time. What a complete joke. Now we were told to bring it in for November 4 for the FIFTH TIME and that all issues would be fixed by the end of the week and if not we would get a call back from an employee. We called a day before since we did not receive a Wednesday update like I was told and he informed us that they were buffing out the rooftop that same day and would call when they’d finished. Now it is November 14 and I had to call more times than I should just to get an answer and get told they’d be starting to buff it out today. Hmm weird since that was supposedly being done a week AGO. And to top it off he still has to call about having the tail light replaced AND the lift gate has not even been aligned. I am completely over and fed up this situation. If you can’t handle keeping workers or keeping up with clients in one location then don’t open up a second one. Keep your word and do what you are saying you will do. Don’t give out false updates if they have not been done yet. I brought my vehicle here since y’all had the highest reviews in the area and I completely regret it. Definitely will never be back voluntarily nor recommend this place to anyone.
Update: November 15; Thanks to Jerry we were able to get our vehicle by the end of the day today and our vehicle was washed and issues had been resolved as told. I’m still a bit upset about how long the process took but glad someone was able to help us out with our issues.

No words can express the hardship I went through with this collision center. I picked this company due to their good reviews. But little did I know It would be one of the worst decisions I’ve made. My truck has been in and out their shop for 2 months. I’ve brought my vehicle back on three different occasions of issues that were overlooked or neglected. Even after the third time I still had issues and decided to take my vehicle elsewhere. Whoever does the diagnostics and final signing off needs a new career. I am an aviation mechanic and have experience on all types of systems. I know my way around a vehicle especially mine. My first drop off was dude to an accident on loop 250 that caused damages on my passenger side. They did fix all the cosmetic issues on the outside but nothing internally. The transfer of energy and hard jerking of my steering wheel caused further problems. These problems were overlooked/neglected. I picked up my truck the first time and had no control of my multifunction steering wheel. As well as light offs of my advanced traction control, airbag and pressure sensors in tires. Most of all I’ve had a rubbing noise in my suspension. I took my truck back for the second time to fix the issues. They fixed half of my multifunctions and airbag light but still had no cruise control or phone accessibility and also had problems with the pressure sensor still. Nothing was done to the driver side noise for they could not hear it. They did not take my word and didn’t bother to tear down/troubleshoot the problem. I had to take an employee for a drive to prove that there was a problem in my front suspension. After the noise was confirmed it went back in for the third time to fix this issue and my cruise control/phone accessibility. Which I will note that they told me my truck a Ford King Ranch *One of Fords top trim models* did not come with cruise control. After more research they did confirm it does have cruise control and had to send it over to Ford for the fix. My last visit after the third drop off the cruise control and phone accessibility were fixed but for some reason my truck notification chimes are from the previous generation. I still have a rubbing problem in my suspension. They said that it was my wheel hub causing this problem and changed it out but to no avail. I also noticed moisture in my passenger fog lamp for some reason never had this issue before. Tire pressure sensor is still going off and I have a pop noise when I accelerate from dead stop on my passenger side. New problems keep arising every day. Not to mention the amount of fuel they used. The third time I dropped off my truck it had half a tank. Enough to go to and from where it needed to be. My truck can do 250-300 miles with a half tank. When I picked it up I was on Empty with only 50miles. What justifies the uses of that much fuel. I understand it needs to be driven but you would expect 50 miles or so not 200+. You would think with that much driving they would have found the issue. I am done working with this company it’s just one problem after another. I am not going to take my truck in for a fourth time to have another repeat. The one good thing I will say is Gilbert did his best to help me out and is a great guy. He had very good communication with my insurance and I and kept me well updated. Their technicians and inspectors on the other hand need to get re-certified.

False statement. My insurance adjuster approved and authorized all the repairs for the issues I am stating. Your company fixed most issues but with multiple attempts. The issue is with the work that was already preformed on my vehicle not being done properly. My adjuster is the one who advised me to take it elsewhere.

I don't have any before pictures of my car damage. They did an outstanding job on my Porsche. It came out of their shop as brand new out of the factory. Mike assisted me personally during the entire process.
Turn around time is outstanding, less than a week including parts, labour, repair, Paint etc. Other shops estimated months before they took my car. Texland took my job the same day. I was very impressed at the turn around time for such an outstanding quality job. Thank you Very much.

I had the misfortune of getting side swiped on my way to work and to get my truck repaired but luckily texland collision was there to help out in every way by making sure I got high quality body work done along with an amazing paint job I've never been happier with the customer service and resuIts get compliments all the time I would definitely recommend this place for any future projects!!

First they took my truck apart to supplement a claim for insurance. They hijacked it is what really happen for weeks we waited, after I had already told them that I would pay what the insurance wouldn’t. Just to get my truck back.So I paid them. Fast forward the insurance eventually did pay the extra amount! Do you think I have received a check from them? Not even a phone call. Still waiting.
