I'm going to have to do this in two parts first part I took this in to get an ignition coil in and to have my air conditioning worked on and paid for it out of pocket with a little bit from my insurance also and they failed to do anything they didn't fix the problem with my air conditioning in fact now it doesn't blow anything out at all cold air just blows out nice hot air for me especially in this desert. They had my car for 4 months when I got it back as you can see in these pictures My pristine interior looks like this now I got to pay out of pocket to get it detailed when I told Anthony about it the manager there he just gloss it over like oh well yeah well you know they my mechanics touch things you know this dude come out of pocket just like I did 150 bucks to pay me back for what I got to fix now myself. He told me to bring the car back and they'll fix it and there's no way I would ever bring my car back there because they stole things for my car denying it the whole way plus they used my passenger side for a trash can for all their trash I'm missing a pendant and a necklace that was hanging from my mirror that was at least $100 necklace sterling silver with a sterling silver pendant and it's something that I can't get back because that person is no longer in my life so they stole that from me too they stole that memory. I had a half a tank of gas when I dropped my car off 4 months ago when I got it back it had one and a half bars left almost empty That's not responsible nor is it professional so obviously they were driving my car around. In fact my car look like it had been out in a desert dueling race with the windows rolled down constantly cuz there was so much dirt in there it was disgusting they rifled through everything and dumped it on the floorboards took what they wanted and left everything else and they went through places in my car that they had no business doing doing repair on the engine. If I could give him a lower rating I would but you can't give them negative stars, I really feel like Anthony should refund me $150 cash like I paid him for the job that he refused to do or whatever the case may be. Whether they use it for Joy Riding or sleeping in or letting hobo sleep in who knows but Anthony should do the right thing and refund at least $150 of my money back to me for what I'm going to have to put out a pocket again to fix a problem that should have been fixed. I will be making a police report, I will be contacting the better Business bureau and whatever city government that oversees that shop in Midland Texas, as well as contacting Carfax TCS sales Yelp as well as any other site that I can to let the public know this is what goes on in that shop. Be professional you should have detailed my car after they dirtied it up, you should have refilled my air conditioning you had my car for 4 months and you failed to do that, do the right thing Anthony contact me and refund me $150.

This place came recommended through my warranty they never call back they never answer their phone they have made so many decisions about my car for me and have even lied on their estimate to my warranty company that I drove the car when I haven't been to Midland in months I do not recommend going there

I took my Jeep Compass 2019 there to fix and it went from a gasket to battery to engine. Let me just say the finale of my vehicle was it was towed to my house and there were some wires undone. Not so happy with the service at all, disappointed.
I am not from Midland nor Odessa area and all I can say is it is hard to find trustworthy mechanics.

You lost 2 customers that you've had for 18 years. I dealt with the speeding my jeep through the lot and acting a fool. I can't forgive you letting me hit the road with the parts not put back on. No need to reach out, I already paid someone else to fix the damage your oil change cost me.

All you had to say was we don’t have experience working on specialty cars like mine I would have said thank you for being honest instead you decide to just guess Thanks for ripping me off 385 dollars jake you were so far off there was no leak in my airbag at all that was a lie you let your tech drive my highly modified mustang around like it was his when my wife went to check on it you didn’t even know he had it, mud all over the car I took it to another shop 2 hours later fixed THESE GUYS WILL RIP YOU OFF

I give them 1 star, from my experience I was recommended to tcs for repairing my transmission. I spoke with the manager about repairing or replacing my trany this was on a Friday, he assured me they would diagnosed it on Wed. Well two weeks pass by and no one called me I tried calling no answere so I showed up and same manager said they would look at it same day around 3pm well 1 month and half pass and still nothing done to my car for the pass month and half all I heard were excuses and that was only car I had to go to work I finally had to rent a car hauler again to pick it up from there , the day I picked it up manager didn't even say a word as I was hauling it out of there was not helpful or apolitical. Will not recommend for transmission work .

Horrible experience they had my car for 3 weeks & charged me 1400 & didn't even fix one of the main issues!! but they did fix one thing right. ? they didn't even want me to test drive it before i payed which was very sketchy. All they had to do was drive it for 2 minutes to see it was still doing the same thing. lazy mechanics! They guy that checked me out was really nice but other than that I do not recommend.
