I purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Camaro SS two years ago from Charlie. Getting into this vehicle was all around surprising, partly because I was never the kind of person that looked at a sports car, but mostly because I walked into the dealership with a horrible credit score. Not only Charlie but the amazing Dustin who is the manager, both worked wonders to get me into a vehicle. Even if it was taking money from their own pockets. The beginning of this month, I went in again for another vehicle. This time, double the price, and only willing to put half of what I put down on the Camaro. When I say that Charlie truly takes the time to educate you on what you’re truly getting, I mean it. He will talk about the vehicle, but also the financial side, he will tell you what you’re looking at financially whether it’s good or bad, and his honest opinion on the vehicle. Charlie refused to put me in a vehicle he knew wasn’t worth me even looking at. He did it knowing if that car gave out a year from now, I could be back a year from now getting a new one. I believe Charlie genuinely cares about his customers, and i have believed it since the first vehicle I purchased from him. Used car salesman get a bad wrap, and some of them are valid. BUT if you’re looking used, I’d recommend ANYONE go to Charlie. Now, let’s move to the person behind the wall working 110% trying to get people into vehicles no matter the credit score, down payment, or the situation. Dustin. Dustin is silently in the back scoping out a 1000 different ways he can get you into a vehicle. If one doesn’t work, He’s on to another. He is willing to work with you in anyway to figure out how he can get you into what you want to leave the lot with. Dustin has very monotone facial expressions. If he’s mad, straight face, if he’s focused, straight face(maybe a hand rubbing his chin). I’ll tell you what, when he’s happy he usually has a straight face too. When they made it work for me, Dustin had the fattest grin on his face, not because they made a lot off of money on me, and I say that because they probably lost just as much trying to make it work for me. But because Dustin truly is a caring person even when his face doesn’t look it. Since the first time I bought a vehicle from them, they not only made me completely comfortable with being 100% honest about financial burdens, but comfortable in all aspects of the word. No weird pervy vibes from these men, no sly sneak disses that say “pfft you can’t afford this, just complete respect, understand, and utter determination to get their customers into something they deserve. I love The Car Store, and I will recommend it to anyone and everyone who asks. Thank You Dustin and Charlie, for not only caring, but for your professionalism, determination, integrity and dedication to your customers. Also for anyone wondering, They got me into a 2025 Ram Rebel pretty much brand new for a rad price 😜 #charliebreallydosell #dustinbbustingthembankz

This place literally got me back on my feet! I didn’t have any established credit. I went to The Car store in an uber and walked out with the car I had been wanting for along time! The car is AMAZING. I had a problem with the AC I called Dustin C. and told him and he immediately made me an appointment to get the AC fixed! I’ve never felt as I was made a priority at any other dealership but this one made me feel welcomed and like my questions mattered and wasn’t just dismissed as if I was dumb.
